Pengalaman saya menginap disini sangat menyenangkan, pertama masuk ke hotel terlihat sangat bersih di bagian frontliner, petugasnya juga dengan sigap melayani, masuk ke lantai 2 merasa surprise karena karpet di lantai terlihat bersih dan baru. Masuk ke kamar merasa surprise lagi karena kamar sangat luas dan bersih tidak seperti hotel-hotel saat ini. Pokoknya very very good lah untuk hotel ini. Salut!

Semua bagus, resepsionis ramah semua. Fleksibel. Kamar bagus. Minus karena tidak kedap suara jadi suara dari luar dan lobby kedengaran banget dan lumayan susah buat beli makan di luar.

Akomodasi bagus, check-in mudah, no deposit jadi semua pembayaran cash untuk beli makanan atau minuman. Extra bednya berupa tempat tidur tambahan plus kasur, jadi nyaman. Pelayanan ramah dan dekat dengan balai kartini.

This is the only hotel which is close to Embassy of Netherland (only 10 min walking) and also another Embassy (go check on google map). Clean room and bathroom. AC needs to be replaced with the new one and the water kettle as well. Overall is good

Unfortunately, the AC was leaking the whole night. As I only stayed 1 night, I could manage to differ the water in a bucket. Rooms also look old and tired. Only needed to attend to some Embassy matters, otherwise would have staying somewhere else.

I have been here already several times before and I like this hotel. Food is good and the comfort is the bedrooms is good. Distance to Erasmus House is a great advantage. Let you be surprised by the excellent breakfast buffet!

Sarapan enak, variatif, kamar bersih dan luas. Yang paling oke karena lokasi hotel di tengah kota gampang untuk kemana-mana dan dekat dengan balai Kartini karena kebetulan kita ada acara disana.

Very good hotel and very nice staff team, only problem right now some construction project next door so it was very noisy from early morning until evening, but this will be temporary.
