Radisson Blu Bali Uluwatu

The hotel upgraded us to one of the villas after 1 night of noise disturbance from upstairs - it was a real treat which elevated our stay to a whole new level. If you can afford it, go for the villas and you won’t regret it. The standard rooms are nice too but you may be affected by other guests who are loud neighbors at night.

離海灘很遠，但可以隔著樹木看到大海。離城市要1小時車程交通不方便。不建議繼續住。酒店到路口要走約10分鐘

I called the one touch service and your staff called Teo pick up my call at 10pm on 9/6. He made a spa reservation for me at 11:30 am on 10/6. When I came down at 11:30 on 10/6, the staff in the spa center said the receptionist didn't call them and they have no reservation for me at 11:30. Then I came up to the receptionist who called UCi and she confirmed I have made a reservation at 11:30am. She called the staff in the spa center and she told me I could do the spa right now at 12am. I came down to the staff in the spa center and waited for 20 minutes. The staff in the spa center said she had already told the receptionist that they are full and they could not do it right now. Then I came up to the reception again and the manager said she could only help to made another appointment for me. It took me one hour to go up to the reception and go down to the spa center again and again and wait for the receptionist and spa center staff to confirm the booking. It took 3 hours to wait for the dishes for dinner although the restaurant was empty.

Utmerket service, svært gode fasiliteter med bredt og gode muligheter. Bassenget er stort og plass til alle. Noe gjemt og litt unna der ting skjer, men rask kjøretur unna.

Hotel location is far from Main Street, you should walk in dark road to reach main street and the area of shops and restaurants. Hotel breakfast is very good, rooms are big and very nice, the only thing is all the hotel bathrooms doesn’t have water flash ( it’s essential for all Muslims )

This was a good hotel, and we’ll come back if we get it on sale again. I don’t think we’d pay full price. The rooms are very generous in size, beds are comfy, and the rooms and wider resort looks nice. But the food was pretty average - both the breakfast buffet and room service were just ‘okay’. You’d do better to eat out. Especially if you want something local - the nasi goreng. The Raddison’s version was pretty ordinary. That said, the hamburger was so yummy! The pool is lovely and big. It’s weird that you can’t get a drink (alcoholic or not) poolside until 11am. They desperately need to update their pool towels. They were pretty ratty. But, there was always plenty of space. The hammocks are great. So - all in all - I’d recommend the Raddison if you can get a discount.

Great service with friendly and polite staff. They took note of my birthday and celebrated for me during breakfast time. Overall, stay was pleasant and great. Only downside was mosquitoes in the room for two nights and we had difficulties sleeping

My wife and I arrived at about 3.30pm to check in. There was no concierge to greet their guests and assist with their luggage. There was no one there to greet guests offering welcome drinks, towels etc. we found our way to another room where there was 2 bottles of water sitting in a bucket of melted ice water which was warm, there was only one clean glass to serve yourself. There were people waiting around in the lobby and lots of luggage around waiting to be checked in. Check in time is at 3pm, at 3.45 pm we were told that our room is not ready and should be ready in about 10 minutes. At 4.15 I approached the reception asked if our room was ready, it wasn’t. We have been on the road since 10 am on the day and were desperate to get into our room and have a shower and rest. It was about 5pm before we were told that our room was ready. I believe that the hotel is understaffed and very badly managed. This is an international 5* branded resort however in my opinion it is not worthy of that rating, I will not be staying at this resort again and do not recommend it however with a better management and better trained staff could turn this around.

Pro: Die Lage ist gut und die Hotelanlage ist einem guten Zustand, das Personal ist hilfsbereit und das Frühstück ist gut. Contra: Die Zimmer sind hellhörig, wir wurden jeden Morgen um 9 vom Nachbar oder von der Reinigung geweckt und bei uns wurde nach dem Reinigen vergessen die Tür zuzumachen (zum Glück kam nichts weg)- beide Themen wurden angesprochen.

Great service and location, easy access to impossible beach!

While the property is very picturesque there isn’t an ocean view from the pool area. Breakfast was very nice, some things are missing from the room such as milk for coffees. Staff were lovely. At times service was a little slow, mostly at the pool and you need to ask for water

Sehr gutes Frühstück, viel Auswahl und sehr lecker. Die zimmer sind groß und haben eine große Ausstattung inklusive Bügeleisen, Pflegeprodukte und kostenloses Trinkwasser. Der Pool ist toll mit vielen Liegemöglichkeiten.

Gorgeous pool and beautiful property with an exciting hike to Impossible Beach with many curious monkeys 🐒 best part? A breakfast buffet feast each day with several areas of food prepared and live action.

This resort was an absolute pleasure to stay at a big room very clean with great amenities. Breakfast was amazing not your standard buffet and the Italian restaurant has beautiful food for dinner as well. I was there for two nights and wished I had stay a little longer.
