離機場約10分鐘車程左右(不塞車的話)，酒店設施也算齊備，泳池也算大，早餐食品尚可，衹步行10分鐘可以去到海灘及商場，另外酒店旁邊的另一家酒店就可以搭上龜龜巴士，較為方便

Lovely atmosphere of the resort and friendly staffs who are willing to help you out with any questions. I love the provided breakfast. It was really fresh and energetic. The swimming pool was also a good place to kill all day time with a glass of drink and a giant burger. Strongly recommend it. Last, the beach is nearby.

非常好！我们住的泳池别墅非常棒，房间面积够大，床也非常大。卫生间宽敞、齐全。私人泳池也特别赞！酒店内环境也非常好，尤其是2.4m的公共泳池和泳池酒吧非常的赞！离Rama海滩很近，走路2分钟。而且Rama海滩人不是很多，景色也不差，很适合简单的玩玩海。餐厅很不错，早餐非常赞，材料优质，种类丰富；客房内餐饮也非常好，非常喜欢。真后悔第二天已经订了另一个酒店了，不然肯定会继续住下去。唯一的缺点是，仿佛巴厘岛所有的自来水都是咸的，刷完牙后很难受，要用瓶装水漱口，还好酒店提供了足够的瓶装水。

明明在Tuban，离机场就两三公里，机场出租车服务点的人偏要骗我说在库塔遥远的位置，一开始要收我10W盾，后来我去理论了才退了我2W（机场到Tuban 55000盾，到库塔I 7W盾，库塔II 8W盾，酒店接机10刀。所以后面来的同学，把酒店地址抄在纸上的时候，不要写“KUTA”，避免被宰）。
本来巴厘岛的海滩就很差，虽然酒店后门穿过一个小木门（晚上六点关）就到海滩，但是这海滩真的没什么景可言。沿着海滩走个十来分钟就到Discovery Shopping Mall了，酒店十点、下午两点和四点各有一次免费班车送过去的，但时间不合适，我们没用上。如果住库塔，还是建议往北一点住吧，这里的海滩除了人少，真没什么可取的。
酒店本身比较老，规模相对较小。我订了花园别墅，免费升级到家庭间，本身有一双两单三张床，就不用单独加床了。不是独栋别墅，两家共用一幢房，其实就是一间房间，没有实现我想住VILLA的愿望。早知就是这样一间，还不如定一般的酒店呢，楼层高点，也不会有这么多虫。只能安慰自己，人家名字叫VILLA，这个价格能住的VILLA也就是这样啦。房间很有巴厘传统味道，比如门口的木雕镜子，床上的纱缦等等。
游泳池比较小，而且比较深，对初学者来说比较难用。娃娃池嘛又太浅了。
第一天有水果盘（苹果、桔子、梨各一个，芭蕉三根）和巧克力，第二天只有巧克力，第三天连巧克力也没了，打电话去问，才送来——其实那巧克力也不好吃，只是觉得不爽。有欢迎果汁，每日每人免费一瓶水，无免费下午茶。
有牙刷牙膏。第三天，毛巾都少一块。真是一天不如一天的服务。
房间里有很多蚊子和小飞虫，我没放下纱缦当蚊帐，第三天晚上有一只虫子绕我耳边飞了一宿，害我一晚没睡好。
空调对着大床吹，页片调上去了，慢慢会自己掉下来，搞得我妈第一晚差点吹感冒了。
早餐种类一般。做煎蛋的那个小个子络腮胡子好像从来不会笑。餐厅里几个女服务员倒还比较热情。
周五晚上可预订BBQ自助晚餐，242000盾/人（含税和服务费），含一杯饮料，食物种类只有早饭一半。七点开始。我是冲着有传统舞蹈演出来的。吉他手垫了半小时的场，然后四个舞蹈演员和四五位乐手撑了后面一个半小时的场。没几支舞，娱乐一下呗。最后邀请观众一起学跳，不是大家一起上，而是一对一上的，所以时间不够，也就请了三个人上去跟着跳了一下。体验为主啦~
退房的时候说好刷银联的，结果也走了VISA通道——巴厘岛的POS机很奇怪，有收银的人说如果是双通道的，就不能走银联，一定要只有银联的才能用，不懂。
退房也没有小礼物。
酒店正门斜对面的换钱点，如果没有“保镖”或足够的自我防范意识，不要去换。我一个人去的，酒店是13300：1美元，小店给的汇率是14299：1美元（柜台旁的板，朝街的一面写14299,朝柜台的一面写14099,显然也是有猫腻在的），明明数好28张50000（他故意不给100000的，张数多，他们才好下手）,拿到手就变成20张。当时我想了一下，没有再数一遍，失策。回到酒店一数，果然少了。立即叫上我父母陪我一起回去，才把足额的钱要回来。庆幸他还是认帐的，如果他不认，我也是没有办法的。但是破坏了本来在享用泳池的好心情。

One day they forgot to give us a towel for stepping on.
We love the breakfast, both young and friendly waiters/waitress and the food.
Staff is really nice.
Swimming pool is really beautiful. (2.4m depth, be careful.) There are some sponge tube toys can be lent, enjoy it!

周圍環境:離機場近,附近有個海灘約2分步行,走到鬧區有一段路約15-20分,附近在裝潢施工白天有點吵.
住宿品質:房間內的泳池很乾淨,熱水會熱,冷氣夠冷.房間乾淨,入住很多外國人,早餐多元,公設不錯.
飯店員工:入住時詢問都很熱情,退房時態度就很冷淡!非常!!!

都很好。环境、服务等。有一天孩子发烧，还帮忙买体温计、并把早餐送到房间。
感谢。
唯一不行，就是走的时候，让前台叫出租车，前台说暂时没有出租车，安排门口的黑车，收费都比正规出租车贵。其实走出酒店路边就能打着车，我们因为抱着小孩，不方便只能用他的黑车。

全家去旅游，这个酒店内部环境很棒，离机场和沙滩很近，酒店服务也很棒，酒店的泳池和环境都很赞，住的中人少，外国人多，酒店不远有家小饭馆做饭超好吃

周圍環境:離機場近,附近有個海灘約2分步行,走到鬧區有一段路約15-20分,附近在裝潢施工白天有點吵.
住宿品質:房間內的泳池很乾淨,熱水會熱,冷氣夠冷.房間乾淨,入住很多外國人,早餐多元,公設不錯.
飯店員工:入住時詢問都很熱情,退房時態度就很冷淡!非常!!!
整體感只有3分!

都很好。环境、服务等。有一天孩子发烧，还帮忙买体温计、并把早餐送到房间。
感谢。
唯一不行，就是走的时候，让前台叫出租车，前台说暂时没有出租车，安排门口的黑车，收费都比正规出租车贵。其实走出酒店路边就能打着车，我们因为抱着小孩，不方便只能用他的黑车。
