Menginap di sini menyenangkan, pelayanannya juga ramah. Yang perlu di tingkatkan wifi di kamar Bungalow Cigintung sangat lambat dan sering putus, bikin anak2 ngambek kali mau main gadget. Smoga kedepan bisa di tingkatkan

Hotel yang nyaman cocok utk keluarga, pemandangan bagus. Depan jalan banyak yg jual makanan dan ada indomart (bisa lewat pintu kecil dekat kolam renang) Taman kelinci bisa di akses gratis ( kelincinya lucu²) dan juga perahu dayung utk keliling danau. Pokoknya betah menginap di Ranca Bango. Next time menginap lg di sana😊

A very luxurious view, excellent service (except for the receptionist, who could perhaps be more friendly and knowledgeable, so when guests ask questions they can provide better information). As for the room, I think it’s just standard. Even though I booked the bungalow type, it felt very hot, the AC wasn’t cool, and it was only available in the bedroom. There was no hot water in the bathroom, and no hot spring pool either. But the view from the swimming pool was amazing, and the public facilities were also very, very beautiful.

view hotel bagus banget, kamar juga bagus dan luas, ada banyak aktifitas anak,agak heran kenapa hotel ini lebih sepi di banding hotel sebelah waktu kami menginap. padahal menurut kami ini jauh lebih bagus. akan menginap kembali kl ke garut .top.

Hotel bernuansa Bali dengan pemandangan Gn. Guntur. Cocok untuk staycation atau honeymoon. Kamar mandi lengkap dengan toiletries. Wifi bagus. Ada kolam renang biasa dan khusus anak2. Ada taman yang banyak kelinci dilepas bebas. Ada beberapa jembatan kecil untuk melalui taman-taman dan sawahnya. Breakfast cukup lengkap, rasanya oke. Lokasi dari hotel bisa ke mana saja, destinasi terdekat sekitar 20 menitan. Overall experience sangat baik.
