Sangat tidak rekomen bagi yang bawa keluarga, baru check in az ada masalah, kamar yang tidak bisa dibuka, TV rusak, spreinya tidak bersih, terakhir Air mati dan tidak ada satupun staf yang bisa dihubungi walaupun ada kasih nomor untuk dihubungi. Sayang saya tidak sempat foto semua yang tidak menyenangkan. 😔😔

Pada saat mau check in bilangnya kamar sudah penuh, padahal jelas-jelas saya uda pesan dan uda bayar lunas melalui traveloka, mau dikasih kamar seadanya tanpa AC, alhasil saya tidak jadi menginap di sini, sungguh pelayanan buruk sekalo, Untuk traveloka tolong di blacklist untuk hotel ini

extraordinary for budget under 200k. we extend until 5 nights here. and we will come back . the location nearby the center of kuta. the room is comfortable and we have refrigator and safe box inside. if you want to change the bed cover and refill the soap you must tell them unless they will not change it

Pada aplikasi seharusnya mendapatkan sarapan namun kenyataan tidak ada dan pihal hotel bilang restorannya tutup sudah lama, mengetahui hal itu bagi saya backpaker ini mahal seandainya saya tau lebih awal mungkin saya tidak aman pesen hotel ini, dan tidak ada penggantian untuk makan, mohon pihak online teliti kembali agar tidak merugikan customer

Nice and clean room, hotel location so strategic. You can enjoy jalan legian easily. The staff quite cooperative even had a bit miss communication while check in. And please improve the taste of your breakfast, overall is good hotel to stay.

No telepon tidak aktif. Handuk bau/apek. Kolam renang tidak bisa dipakai mulai pagi, baru bisa jam 10 siang. sarapan terlalu sederhana, coba nasi goreng tapi rasanya kurang. Ada paketan buah di menu breakfast, tapi buahnya belum di beli, jadi tidak ada, hiks.
