kotor banyak abu rokok dimana mana termasuk lemari,laci,meja, ac berdebu seperti tidak pernah dibersihkan/dirawat, tempat tidur banyak kutu kasurnya, ada kebisingan ribut dari penghuni lain di luar kamar tengah malam (mungkin kenalan orang dalam)... jika buat tempat transit oke kalo urgent

review yg ada dengan kenyataan nya sangat berbeda jauh.. kamar mandi kotor, keran bocor, pintu rusak, plafon ada rembesan bocor dan bolong, tembok ada rembesan air, kasur kotor tidak diganti sprei nya, ac ga dingin, tv ga berfungsi, dan bau apek.. mohon diperbaiki

staffnya ramah dan sopan, tapi yang sangat mengecewakan gambar di review dan aslinya berbeda sekali.. kamarnya luas tapi tembok rembes, ac ga dingin, kamar mandi kotor, keran bocor, kasur kotor dan bau apek.. mohon diperbaiki..

kebersihan kamar dan lingkungan hotel kurang. selimut bau, handuk dekil, sarang laba2 dlm kamar, tv tidak nyala. handle pintu toilet lepas. aroma kamar bau lembab.

Staff hotel boleh bintang 5, tapi kamar kotor, lembap, kasur penuh dengan tungauu omg, Sprei kotor banyak noda darah, ngerti sih kenapa banyak noda darah karena tungau pasti, gorden berdebu, AC kotor, WC bau, exhaus sangat berdebu, selimut? Bau pesing, mana bawa bayi.

The bedroom and bathroom are dirty, smelly, stuffy, and so hot because the AC is not working properly. The bed and blanket are also dirty. The toilet seat is uncomfortable because it wobbles. There is no TV remote. We don't get a cell phone signal. The environment in the hotel is bad and dirty. The hotel building also looks damaged.

Mungkin bisa lebih bersih untuk kamar, tidak terlihat lembab, lampu kamar bisa lebih terang agar tidak terlihat redup, AC tolong dibersihkan. Kamar mandi agak kotor dan tidak ada gantungan.
