Mungkin karena resepsionis baru dan tidak ada pendampingan dari karyawan lebih senior, sehingga terjadi kejadian yang tidak nyaman. Saya sudah menunjukan booking code dan pemesanan namun tetap minta untuk bukti pembayaran, hingga di tanya berapa nomimal pembayaran, dilanjutkan meminta bukti pembayaran untuk di kirim via HP ke resepsionis. Sangat buang-buang waktu.
