Rumah Cimandiri

Keramahan security/satpam luar biasa. Sangat helpful dalam kondisi hujan lebat. Cafe Ettan (dalam area Rumah Cimandiri) sangat menarik, karena suasana, ambiance, kebersihan, dan harga. Menginap di family room dengan living room yang lumayan. Tetapi bedroom terasa agak sempit, dan lemari pakaian agak berdebu. Karena ini guest house, bukan fully functional hotel, maka petugas hotel perlu dicari dulu. Tetapi secara overall, pengalaman menginap disini sangat menyenangkan karena lokasinya yang istimewa, tepat di belakang Gedung Sate, di pusat kota, tapi dengan pemandangan taman yang sangat luas. Sangat nikmat untuk berjalan kaki pagi2 di taman Gedung Sate, dan jalan kaki sore/malam sampai ke Progo & Riau dengan puluhan cafe/resto di area tsb.

The hotel also has a cafe with nice food & coffee. The location is also very good, so many cafes & restaurants nearby. The hotel feels so homey because of the ambiance & the staff warmness.

Great location in the very center of Bandung City. Staffs were very friendly and helpful, including the securities. Breakfast was fresh everyday. Good vibes at its cafe with their customers. Surprisingly, it's quiet at night, considering it's located on the main road. Highly recommended for single or family!

Suasana sangat menyenangkan, di tengah kota, akses ke lokasi penginapan sangat mudah ditempuh, bersih. Juara.

The place is right across Gedung Sate and you can also see Gedung Sate from the 3rd floor. The first floor is a cafe and family rooms, while the single rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floor. On the 2nd floor, there's a kitchen with a dispenser, alongside with a microwave and cooking utensils and a dining table for 10 people. I stayed on the 3rd floor and it has a common area with a sofa that faced Gedung Sate. My first impression to the room is "this must be a bougie kost-kostan." It was spacious enough, has a big desk, towel rack, full mirror cupboard, an inside window for better circulation. The amenities are great (2 cups, 2 glass, tea, coffee, condiments, soap, toothbrush, towel, etc). They also have a water heater. For a hair dryer, you need to request it. I didn't expect any breakfast but was asked during my check in. I tried their fried rice and toast and omelet because I stayed there for 2 nights. Love both of it. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They contact me via WhatsApp to confirm things and they also helped me to put my laundry in because it was suddenly raining. The only downside is they lock their gate and no one is guarding it. I came back to the hotel at 2 AM and I need to climb the gate (which was not too tall but it's a hassle if I bring a car). Overall, very recommended and would like to come back!
