the room with view was good. the food and beverage was excellent! breakfast inclusive menu was simple yet accommodate, excellent coffee also. staff was attentive. overall stay: superb!

The location is quite close to the Danu Temple, and the hotel has a serene atmosphere overlooking the lake. All three breakfast choices, namely, Big Breakfast, Pancakes, and Nasi Goreng, are excellent!

Heaven ❤️... Di sini semuanya juara, baik pelayanan, kebersihan, atmosfer, view, touching langsung dengan danau Beratan tanpa jarak, resto-nya.. Pokoknya semuanya menyenangkan di sini. Sudah kurekom ke teman-teman yang suka ke Bali. Semoga kami sekeluarga bisa balik ke sini lagi🥰

Sangat berkesan, view-nya langsung danau, kamarnya bersih, tidak perlu pakai AC karena di sana sudah dingin, kalau mau mandi juga sudah ada water heater-nya. Tidak usah jauh-jauh ke Swiss, ke Rusa by the lake saja recommended banget.

Kami menginap 2 malam, dan kamar kami dekat dengan daerah glamping di sebelahnya, dan cukup berisik dengan musik yang keras. Disarankan untuk kamar yang dibuat kedap suara, sehingga tidak mengganggu. Bau hawa dari saluran kamar mandi juga kurang sedap.

Hospitality is excellent. Karyawan hotelnya benar-benar helpful dan ramah. Location benar-benar di pinggir danau dan ada fasilitas speed boat untuk tamu yang pingin putar-putar danau. Ruangan terawat dengan baik, bersih, kamar mandi bagus dan bersih. Cafe/resto-nya, kami cocok dengan rasa makanan dan minumnya. Boleh dibilang enak.

Lokasi bagus. Desain bangunan masih ada space untuk ke danau. Mendengarkan lagu sambil santai mengobrol ringan menjadi tempat yang the best. Bersih dan juga ramah staff-nya. Ada motor listrik disewakan untuk keliling desa. Nice experience.

Nice hotel with a view directly to Beratan Lake. But, due to the open space restaurant, there were lots of flies that bothered me. The restaurant should have a flies control device or something.
