Bad. When I was check in the staff not check the data of customer they said there 's no book under my name and after waiting 15mnt their found my name also the room look like no maintenance there 's a hole on the top of my bathroom and has webspiders also has stain of blood on the bed sheets but the location really strategic from the beach.

Hotel kurang siap. Saya harus request handuk, tisu, dan sabun setelah sampai kamar. Kualitas wifi kurang bagus dan tidak tersedia informasi password. Dudukan toilet sedikit goyang sehingga takut jatuh. Beberapa spot tembok terdapat mold. Staff ramah namun kurang proaktif.

Terrible, not recommended at all. Hotel is falling apart and not maintained. Staff are pretty clueless. Had to ask them to re clean the room when I checked in, room wasn't ready and dirty look like a museum. They closed and locked the gate every evening and no security I had to yell to somebody to open the gate for me which is pretty annoying. They told me in rude way to not to bring any man to the room. Never stay again. You could definitely find way better place in this area with same price.

The room facilities are not completed as standard Hotel, need more attention on that, on the same location their room facilities are very very completed with same prices too. The breakfast also need more choices not only very simple breakfast , but the staff are friendly.

Design hotelnya bagus sebenernya. Untuk ukuran kamar cukup luas. Tapi dari segi kebersihan, sangat mengecewakan. Banyak sawang di pojok-pojok dinding, dan detail-detail lainnya. Awalnya saya pengen ngasi satu bintang aja. Tapi, karena kasurnya cukup bersih, saya tambahin satu bintang lagi. Sedangkan breakfastnya, minim pilihan. Nasi goreng aja g ada, semuanya roti dan telur aja. Dan kopinya adalah kopi tubruk dengan masih menggumpal kopinya, sulit larut. Dikamar tersedia kopi teh dan pemanas air, tapi g ada cangkir dan kopi sachetnya ternyata expired. Sungguh sayang banget kalau makin lama kondisi hotelnya dibiarkan begitu tanpa manajemen yang baik. Tenkyu, semoga beberapa bln kedepan kondisinya semakin baik.

Minus tidak ada perlengkapan kamar mandi (hanya ada sabun batang kecil) dan tidak ada TV, tapi it's oke, karena hotel masih dikatakan dalam tahap renovasi, pelayanannya oke, stafnya ramah-ramah, dan gesit. Oh iya minusnya juga air shower kecil.

Kamarnya luas, kasurnya besar, dan mengingat ini bangunan baru jadi masih cukup bersih. untuk perlengkapan yang disediakan, Kamar ini hanya menyediakan handuk dan sabun batang kecil, tidak menyediakan air minum, pemanas air, sikat gigi, pasta gigi dan shampo. Karena masih baru juga, tidak ada televisi maupun keset handuk untuk lantai. Jika butuh hotel untuk beristirahat saja, Hotel ini bisa jadi pilihan karena selain cukup nyaman, juga dekat dengan pusat keramaian daerah kuta, lombok.

Tempatnya enak, staffnya ramah, tersedia sewa motor berbayar untuk tamu agar bisa jalan-jalan sekitar hotel, lokasinya di pinggir jalam dekat dengan pusat keramaian kuta Mandalika and tempat makan, banyak spot foto yang instagramable, hanya sarapannya masih kurang enak dan airnya kecil tidak deras. Overall keren sih memuaskan ☺️

Hotel baru beroperasi masih banyak yang perlu diperbaiki: 1. Kamar belum ada TV ada di website. Listrik mati sejak pukul 3 pagi (kehabisan token Listrik). Saya pesan 3 kamar (semua kamar untuk kamar mandi masih berbau cairan pembersih yang mengandung HC). 5. Receptionist tidak 24 jam.
