我們在別墅住得很愉快！房子寬敞舒適。泳池和照明設施可以再改進一下，建築也有些老舊，但總的來說，我們非常享受在那裡度過的時光。

Staff dan karyawan villa ramah, hanya ada kendala otomatis pompa air villa rusak, jadi saat mau mandi harus memanggil staff villa untuk menyalakan pompa secara manual. Menginap 2 malam sampai check out, otomatis pompa tidak diganti-ganti 😞

Overall, villa bagus. Saya menginap di Villa Nikhita pada tanggal 20-21 Desember. Staff sangat ramah saat saya datang check in. Staff juga langsung datang pada saat saya chat untuk cek kemungkinan gas bocor 👍🏻. Tapi ada beberapa kebersihan yang kurang dalam villa, area yang saya highlight seperti sampah bawah wastafel dari tamu sebelumnya yang belum dibuang, memang tertutup tapi bukan berarti membuat itu tidak terlihat oleh orang lain. Lampu area pool mati, area luar jadi gelap 🙃. Keesokan harinya, listrik dan air mati sekitar di jam 10.15, saya konfirmasi resepsionis melalui chat tapi tidak ada tanggapan, tidak bisa keluar villa karena hujan deras, sampai akhirnya saya checkout, satu jam setelah saya checkout, mereka kirim pesan untuk menanyakan apakah saya sudah checkout tanpa menanggapi pesan saya sebelumnya.

Lokasi sih gak ada lawan, tapi masya allah kebersihannya kurang banget, mulai dari kamar mandi yang bau apek, kebun di pinggir kolam renang tidak dibersihkan daun jatuhnya. Serta tembok yang sudah mulai retak.

Saya tidak mengerti dengan konsep salesnya. Dia menjual harga di traveloka 390.000 tapi kalau booking direct harganya diberikan lebih mahal. Di traveloka tambhan breakfast hanya 60.000, tapi kalau pesan direct bisa lebih mahal. Propertynya sangat bagus dan strategis, mudah-mudahan hospitality ke tamu bisa mengimbangi.
