paraahhhhhhhh…lebih jelek dari hotel melati sekali pun..udh jorok, sepre kotor, langit2 kamar item2, sepre kotor byk bercak2 apaa gitu, mana banyak gangguan, yg nginep cuma kita doank gda siapa2 lg, tp ada yg cekikik2 ketawa2, ada yg ketok2 pintu, akhirnya mutusin buat pindah hotel jam 1 malem, jangan mau deh nginep disini harga 400rb penampakan gitu mah muahalllllll..

The room was not clean. The floor was dusty, the table was also dusty and slightly sticky. The linen got reddish and transparent stains. The ammenities are also lacking. There are no hotel's sandals and liquid soap. The phone and hair dryer did not work. The room's wallpaper is torn in many places and the wooden desk is stained. I need to ask the staff twice before they actually visit the room to clean it. They changed the linen, however the new one is still full of stains. I assumed their linen are all dirty. Their elevator and corridor were dirty too.

kami cari yg kamarnya luas utk family, dan kami dapat di scarlet hotel dago. namun kebersihannya sangat kurang, pintu juga tidak bisa dikunci, auranya kurang nyaman. saat saya komplain utk minta kamar yg kecil saja tapi bersih, petugas langsung upgrade ke kelas yg besar tanpa biaya tambahan, syukurlah. terimakasih pelayanannya, semoga hotel ini bisa mendapat maintenance yg baik krn lokasinya sangat bagus ditengah kota, simpang dago lampu merah, dekat kemanapun. semoga ya.
