Tempatnya bagus, belakang langsung danau dan ada restoran terapung. Pegawainya ramah. Seputaran pemandangan bukit. Dekat sana ada air terjun. Cari makan malam di atas jam 6 sore lebih sulit. Cuman ada 1 yang buka dekat sana rumah makannya dengan harga terjangkau.

Cari makan Malam Di sekitaran sebelum jam 6 sore. agak Malam sudah pada tutup, paling tinggal 1 restoran Dan Belum tentu menunya Masih lengkap

So far this is the best hotel in Bakkara region. It is clean & has a place to hanging on in the back side to see the beautiful Toba Lake. The proved simple breakfast but I think it is OK. Everything seems delicious and gorgeous when we are in near the Toba Lake. The staffs are young but need to learn many things to provide good information about the region.

Kamar bersih, nyaman, pegawai sangat ramah, tapi pelayanannya lambat. Contohnya di resto, manggil pelayannya sampai 3x, baru datang. Memang sudah diinfokan agak sibuk, tapi masa buat catat pesanan aja nunggu lama, belum lagi pesanannya salah-salah. Jika ini karena kekurangan pegawai atau beban kerja pegawai terlalu banyak, mohon ditambah pekerjanya. Rasa makanan standar.

Kami menginap 3 hari 2 malam. Plus: di daerah sekitar hotel dan dibelakang hotel/restoran terapung pemandangannya sangat indah. Dan dapat memancing ke danau jika bawa pancingan sendiri. Proses check in cepat dan aturan tidak terlalu kaku harus on time jam 2 (kami lebih cepat 30 menit datang). Staf dan pelayannya ramah. Hotel nyaman untuk keluarga. Minus: pelayanan di restoran lumayan lama untuk menunggu pesanan datang, ketika hari hujan banyak laron di kamar ketika menghidupkan lampu.

Affordable place to stay with an amazing view. The food is not so bad too, my favorite dish from the hotel restaurant is Beef Fried Rice with Teh Tarik. They've got friendly, funny and helpful hotel staff as well. What a delightful experience to stay:).

Kamar bersih, nyaman, pegawai sangat ramah, tapi pelayanannya lambat. Contohnya di resto, manggil pelayannya sampai 3x, baru datang. Jika ini karena kekurangan pegawai atau beban kerja pegawai terlalu banyak, mohon ditambah pekerjanya. Rasa makanan standar.
