Beautiful resort, we really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately they appear to be either understaffed or not properly trained as some things take an exceptionally long time. If you can bear with the slow service, then there is nothing else to complain about.

Beyond my expectation, all staff are very attentive, helpful, and friendly. The beach view is so beautiful, and the room is clean. Will be back next time to explore more around the island and recommend it to my friend.

Receiption desk check in service is too slow, we wait for more than 1hour for room preparation. And restorant service is too slow as well, we wait for almost 50 minutes after we ordered, until the first dish came, and it was pizza which should be mostly time taking. And during the waiting, no one come to us and do any service. For dinner, we tried to order some wine, most of menu is sold out.

Hotelnya sangat nyaman dan menyenangkan, ramah-ramah semuanya. Hanya saja lama sekali pelayanan pesanan makanan ke kamar. Saat hari pertama menginap sampai 2 jam kami menunggu makanan datang. Di maklumi mungkin karena ada event. Eh, ternyata di hari ke-3 kami menginap, pesan makanan juga hampir 1 jam kami menunggu baru datang. Saran saja mungkin sebaiknya SDM di F&B-nya dilatih lagi biar lebih sat set, karena pelayanan omelet saat breakfast juga lama sekali.
