入住手續非常繁瑣，需要填寫很多表格並支付30萬印尼盾的押金。即使支付了押金，我仍然無法辦理入住。我甚至在Facebook和Instagram上聯繫了Travelio的客服，但保安除了讓我聯繫客服之外也束手無策。客房服務員也經常超時，雖然我晚上8:30就到了公寓，但直到凌晨0:28才被安排入住，因為替補的服務員離Bintaro很遠，大約17公里。（多虧了這位替補服務生！）輪到我入住時，房間卻還沒準備好，枕頭套、毛巾、礦泉水都沒有。在我住過的各種飯店/旅館中，這是第一次遇到如此複雜的情況。希望飯店能重新評估，造福大眾。
