Pengalaman saya book di pengelola tidak terlalu baik. Proses check in dan check out lancar. Hal baik nya : lokasi strategis, lingkungan nyaman. Tetapi saat menginap saya menemukan beberapa hal : 1. Ada handuk bekas di kamar mandi 2. Air di galon bau, mungkin karena lama ditinggalkan 3. AC bocor selama 2 hari saya menginap. Saya laporkan hal ini dari malam pertama saya menginap, tetapi dari CS hanya bilang sedang di follow up terus dan tukang service baru datang di hari ke 2 saya menginap dan menurutnya di dalam AC sudah menggenang. Selama hampir 2 hari saya harus berhadapan dengan AC bocor, saya harus meletakkan 2 ember di bawah AC (karena bocor di 2 titik) dan setiap jam saya harus membuang air tersebut dan mengepel lantai karena air kemana2 4. Yg paling mengecewakan soal Wifi, saya melaporkan wifi mati sejak malam pertama. Hingga hari terakhir tidak ada orang yg memperbaiki wifi padahal tiap hari sudah saya complain terus ke CS (bisa check di chat saya ke CS baik di apps maupun via WA) jadi selama saya menginap wifi tidak berfungsi. Apa mungkin selanjutnya lebih baik costumer sendiri yang memanggil tukang servicenya ya agar lebih cepat Dari semua yg sudah saya laporkan tidak ada kompensasi walau fasilitas yg ditampilkan di apps tidak semuanya saya peroleh dengan maksimal Terima kasih
