Sangat Buruk. Saya Menunggu 3 jam untuk cek in. Penyediaan Apartement adalah pihak ke 3, di kelola oleh Travelio. Saklar lampu sort, tidak bisa di nyalakan, Tirai kamar rusak, Kamar mandi model jadul. Remote AC harus pindah pindah baterai. Nyesal mesan di sini. Pengelola/agen kurang memuaskan.

Bersih, nyaman, tempatnya gabung sama mal jadi banyak makanan, enggak susah carinya. Namun, check-in harus minimal 3 jam sebelumnya karena harus lewat app.

Saya kira proses checkinnya mudah, ternyata tidak. Karena kamar ternyata milik orang kedua/ketiga (agen travel) bukan resmi dari apartemennya. Proses check in harus menunggu minimal 2 jam karena harus menunggu kamar dibersihkan & disiapkan, keberadaan kunci tidak pada unit tetapi pada agen. Sangat merepotkan untuk yang berlibur membawa baby dan harus menunggu selama itu tanpa compliment
