Harga tidak sesuai aplikasi, diminta bayar lebih. Alasan OYO penuh, hanya tersedia kamar biasa. Kenapa tidak mencantumkan kamar full kalau sudah habis. Tidak ada televisi juga, air panas juga tidak bisa. Wastafel rusak.

Tidak ada pemberitahuan bahwa kamarnya + fasilitas sedang maintenance. Akhirnya dapat kamar yang ga ada tv sama toiletnya kurang bersih. Tapi overall ac nyala dan air lancar sama tempat tidurnya wangi.

The room wasn’t as shown on the pictures, no TV to desk. Although those weren’t essential for one night, it’s not pleasant to have something different than expected. Also, an extra money had to be paid on arrival to meet the minimum price of the room. Not sure this is legitimate when the booking is made and all paid online. Beside the points the staff still was friendly.

Kamar tidak sesuai dengan yang di foto di pesan lewat. Hampir kehilangan kamar katanya sudah tutup kalau malam. itu karena pesan lewat oyo. Tapi kalau langsung bayar tidak pesan lewat oyo cepat di layani dengan baik. sangat kecewa. tidak ada TV. kamar biasa saja.
