由于宴会厅里有一个家庭活动，而那天家里停电了，所以我被迫入住。
房间宽敞，但确实需要修缮，房间地板很脏，浴室很脏，走廊很脏，好像从来没有打扫过一样。太糟糕了，尽管去餐厅等地方很方便...游泳池也很脏，奇怪的是，退房时被要求因床单被弄脏而赔偿 30 万。啊，那些污渍是谁的，我们不吃黄汤。我们没有错，我们回答并且诚实，这不是我们的污点。我受够了，如果不是昨天的话，那也不是再次受够了，因为我是被迫的，如果情况仍然如此，我不建议住在这里。还有一件事，房间里有蟑螂😁

Pelayanan staf Pd saat cek in sangat tidak sopan. Bahkan cek in dan proses cek out nya sangat lama bisa sampe 30 menit. Dan juga area hotel sangat jorok dan berisik
