to the point aja ya, kolong kasur kotor, berdebu, di balkon tempat AC ada sisa2 botol minuman keras yg tdk dibuang oleh cleaning service.
ya sih ini hotel memang murah bgt, kemarin sy terpaksa di sini karena mau nonton konser selama dua hari, dan hotel yg biasa tempat saya nginep sudah full booked, jd mau gamau nginep di sini. Saran saya sih kalau pengunjung tdk terlalu peduli dgn kebersihan dan kenyamanan (yg penting bisa tidur), hotel ini bisa jd salah satu pilihan, karena emng deket kemana mana. Tapi kalau utk anda yg peduli akan kebersihan, saya sarankan mending nambah uang dikit lagi utk hotel yg lebih nyaman. Dan satu lg, ketika hotel2 bagus disekitarnya jrg yg memberlakukan deposit 100rb, Oyo ini ada deposit, sgt disayangkan aja sih (karena mereka sendiri ga concern dengan keadaan di dalam kamar, terutama botol2 alkohol di balkon itu), lalu deposit utk apa? hehe. Sekelas Nemuru, Holiday inn express, Swiss bel saja tdk ada deposit. Tapi yasudah lah, ini jd pengalaman saya saja.

Kondisi kamar di foto dan realita berbeda. Kondisi vinyl lantai terkelupas (kadang menjadi sandungan). Lantai lumayan kotor. Tempat sampah yg tersedia di kamar kotor (berkerak seperti tidak dicuci, tanpa dialasi plastik). Tirai (gorden) macet, AC bau, ternyata di depan buat balapan liar ya? Dan itu sangat mengganggu :( sorry aku cuma bisa stay 1 malam dari total 2 malam booking. Tapi staffnya ok si. Semoga bisa menjadi perbaikan kedepannya.

Kamar luas dan harga terjangkau, sayangnya masalah kebersihan msh sangat d perhatikan, kamar mandi gk pernah d Bersihin, licin bgt, anak saya sampai terjatuh d kamar mandi, disitu nginep 3 hari, kamar minta d Bersihin tp sprei dan handuk gk d ganti. Lantai lan jendela banyak bgt debu. Jadi tolong kebersihannya d tingkatin lg y

Bagi yang mencari kamar luas, hotel ini bisa jadi pilihan yang pas. Tapi untuk yang mencari kenyamanan dan kebersihan, saya rasa hotel ini bukan pilihan yang pas. Pertama kesan dari hotel ini bangunannya sudah lama, lift nya yg kecil hanya cukup untuk 3-4 orang. Sistem kunci di kamar nya hanya menggunakan seperti handle kamar mandi yg bundar itu, tidak ada tap kartu. Waktu masuk pertama kali di kamarnya cukup kaget karena banyak bagian kamar yang lapuk dan kondisi atap kamar yang lembab mungkin karena ac bocor. Lantainya pun cukup kotor sehingga kaki jadi menghitam ketika dilewati. Untuk luas kamar memang besar, tidak seperti oyo biasanya. Kasurnya juga cukup oke, walaupun sedikit kotor. Tapi yg kurang dari tempat ini adalah fasilitas kamar nya. Tidak ada telepon untuk menghubungi resepsionis, sehingga ketika ada masalah harus turun ke bawah, kemudian tidak ada diberikan tisu dan air minum. Serta untuk kamar mandi juga tidak disediakan sabun dan sikat gigi, bahkan waktu saya menginap tidak tersedia air panas nya. Bagi saya pengalaman menginap disini memang tidak sesuai ekspetasi, tapi berhubung lokasi dan harganya yg memang “budget” mungkin bisa jadi pertimbangan yang lain.

I know this is a budget hotel. But i hope they can make it a better and comfier than this tho. I’m so sorry 🙏🏻 i have ro review it honestly. There’s no soap, shampoo ameties. No glass or tea/ coffee to drink. And water leaking from the roof (like big hole). I have to grab a bin for it 😅. The furnitures and the floor were terribly worst and seems dirty.

I know this is a budget hotel. But i hope they can make it a better and comfier than this tho. I’m so sorry 🙏🏻 i have ro review it honestly. There’s no soap, shampoo ameties. No glass or tea/ coffee to drink. And water leaking from the roof (like big hole). I have to grab a bin for it 😅. The furnitures and the floor were terribly worst and seems dirty.
