This Hotel is very nicely located on a Main Street heading to Ubud market, and is only about 10 min walk away from the market or a 3 min scooter ride. The Hotel has very nice and clean rooms definitely bang for buck, for the price you pay you are getting a much nicer room! The coffee shop right outside the hotel also owned by the same people makes an amazing cappuccino and Bali coffee, as well as lip smacking good food at a very affordable price.. if I was to visit Ubud again would 100% be staying at Sura inn

Tempatnya baik bersih. terlihat sempit namun sangat cukup. Fasilitas oke, ada air hangat dan AC. Namun tvnya tidak begitu berfungsi karena buram seperti tidak berantena. Mungkin saran bisa diperbaiki jadi bisa dinikmati oleh guestnya. Tidak tersedia pemanas air namun bisa minta ke dapurnya. Tidak ada lift namun resepsionisnya baik mau mengantarkan koper ke lantai. 1. tidak perlu takut kelaparan karena sura inn menempel dengan minimart. Pagi pagi bisa beli nasi jinggo karena dekat dengan penjualnya. Lalu dekat juga dengan spbu dan juga atm. Recommended!

Lokasi strategis, di tengah keramaian daerah Ubud, hanya tersedia 2 tempat parking mobil, staf ramah-ramah. Breakfast standard yaitu olahan telor dan toast bread, TVnya tidak bisa ditonton gambarnya jelek semua.

The location is pretty strategic, staffs are friendly, and all the service and facilities are worth the price. But just one thing, there was this poor smell around the room, especially in the bathroom. The room is also too humid and damp.

Kamar oke, ada balkon, tempat tidur oke, kamar mandi air panasnya oke juga, hanya tempat parkir yang sempit, tapi kami dapat kemudahan bisa parkir mobil di hostel sebelahnya yang lumayan luas. Secara keseluruhan oke untuk menginap sebentar di Ubud.

Lokasi sangat strategis, di jalan pengosekan dekat area monkey forest, banyak tempat makan, minimarket, dan lain-lain. View kamar bagus, ada teman kecil. Orang-orangnya ramah, membantu angkat koper ke lantai atas yang tidak ada lift. Melihat istri saya yang kelelahan diizinkan early check-in. Yang kurang waktu pagi saya beli nasi goreng mahal sekali 65 ribu, rasa so-so, daging tidak betasa. Teh dan kopi encer dan pahit. Dapat buah juga beberapa potong dan segelas juice jeruk.

Tembok kamar mandinya kaca bo, walaupun ada stiker di tengahnya tapi kan tetep saja bikin tidak nyaman. Kebetulan saya bawa bayi, saya kira air di wastafel juga bisa panas dingin, ternyata cuma dingin jadi repot mau mandikan bayi dan ternyata untuk ke area wisata seperti pasar seni dan monkey forest kalau jalan kaki masih jauh, makanannya enak sih walaupun menu sarapannya terbatas.

I stayed for one night. My room was in the corner of first floor. The toilet was not in the good condition, the hexos fan was extremely loud like a helicopter, I was even shower in the dark because I could not stand of the hexos noise. The wall is moldy here and there. While I could see other rooms were unoccupied, I wonder why they put me in that room.

Kami menginap 4 malam di Sura Inn, tanggal 27-31 Mei 2017. Lokasi strategis di keramaian Ubud, kamarnya luas dan bersih, sayangnya ada satu hari staff hotel lupa taruh air mineral dan lupa kasih keset kaki. Untuk harga pas lah. Hotel ini cocok untuk yang akan banyak beraktifitas di luar hotel, karena fasilitasnya standard, hanya ada TV. Kami pilih hotel ini karena dari pagi sampai lewat maghrib kami keliling interest place di Ubud bahkan sampai Kintamani.
