Hotel yang sangat nyaman. Bersih, kamar cukup luas, pelayanan ramah. Lokasi hotel juga strategis dekat ke kota dan pelabuhan sehingga mudah bila ingin menyebrang ke Singapore. Di sekitar hotel juga banyak restoran seafood dan juga morning bakery bila ingin sarapan pagi. Untuk breakfast di restoran cukup lengkap namun dari segi rasa agak kurang ya. Kolam renang juga agak kecil, namun selebihnya oke. Terima kasih swiss-belhotel harbour bay..

The hotel was very comfortable for both staycations and business trips. The room was clean, tidy, and fully equipped. Its location is strategic—close to restaurants and city attractions.
