Lokasi terpencil, cocok untuk yang ingin menyepi. Secara design dan pemilihan material hotel ini baik namun sayang kurang terawat. Kamar besar dengan pemandangan yang cukup baik. Plafond di kamar mandi jebol, siaran tv sepertinya sudah mati menahun (diliat dari review-review tamu sebelumnya), tidak dapat air mineral cuma-cuma (seperti pada deskripsi aplikasi), sprei berdebu, breakfast biasa aja. Staff atas nama Agus sangat-sangat membantu dari kami check-in hingga check-out. Semoga ada peningkatan dari management hotel untuk fasilitas-fasilitas yang dirasa kurang.

Actually its a well designed hotel, nice surrounding but maybe during pandemic not maintained well and I am allergic to dust and the road is not smooth to go there, suv car more advisable I guess

Room service is very bad and the amenities don't match the photos. The place is very nice. But it was a pity when I came, I found the room service is not good. I received an empty room without towels and whatnot. And I have to go to the staff to get all the equipment myself. No television and when I order breakfast at 8, I receive it at 11 when I will check out. Very unfortunate for this great place.

Hotel di tengah hutan, akses jalan ke lokasi sulit, dengan bantuan gmaps/waze hampir kesasar. Waktu itu hanya kami tamu yg menginap. Pilihan makanan hanya nasi goreng dan mi goreng, mau nambah harus bayar 75ribu. Tidak sebanding dengan harga yg sdh dibayar.

View dari kmat hotel cukup menyenangkan karena kami pilih yang menghadap danau, tapi untuk kebersihan kamar cukup mengecewakan, karena lantai kotor, bathup juga kotor, dan kasur banyak debu. Saya yakin, kamar tidak dibersihkan terlebih dahulu sebelum tamu masuk. Jalan menuju hotelpun sangat sangat sangat susah. Apalagi dengan bantuan map sangat menjerumuskan, dan menyesatkan. Nyasar keluar masuk hutan cyint.. Dan minim rambu2 menuju hotel.
