Semua staff ramah, baik, gercep. Walaupun hotel kecil tapi design bagus banget dan nyaman. Sarapan enak, wifi kenceng. Fasilitas di dalam kamar juga lengkap. Pasti bakal nginep di sini lagi. The best di Ragunan 🫶🏻

Teduh Simatupang bangunannya masih baru, jadi fasilitas yang ada di dalamnya masih bagus dan terawat dengan baik. Di area dalam dekat parkiran juga ada kopitiam, jadi bisa sekalian nongkrong atau ketemu klien. Makanan di kopitiamnya enak. Kita juga bisa pesan untuk diantar ke kamar.
Kamar tidak terlalu kedap suara. Jadi masih terdengar suara dari luar ataupun sebaliknya. Akses masuk lumayan kecil jalannya, muat sekitar 1 mobil dan 1 motor saja.

Masuk hotelnya ke gang kecil jadi gantian sama mobil lain dulu. Check in dan check out prosesnya cukup cepat, sat set. Dimintain deposit 100rb ya atau bisa tahan KTP. Ada kafe semacam Kopitiam dibelakang. Kamar jg cukup bersih hanya saja kamarnya lumayan panas. AC nya kurang dingin.

The location and service at this hotel were okay—nothing special but not terrible either. However, the bedroom really needs improvement. There were visible stains on the bed, which made it feel unclean. Also, the lamp was placed right in front of the air conditioner, so it kept moving every time the AC was on. It was distracting and felt poorly thought out. With a few changes, this place could be better, but as it is now, I wouldn’t recommend it for a comfortable stay.

A bit pricey for a transit hotel with no room amenities (coffee/tea kit or water bottles) and really small room. The room really needs a soundproof real bad because every sounds outside (ppl talking downstairs/walking outside) get through into the room.
