Kamarnya bersih, lingkungan sekitar enak banget, mau cari makanan gampang banget, enak dekat tempat nongkrong, di bawah ada Starbucks, ada toko baju juga di sekitarnya, suka. Next kalau ke Jogja pasti tidur disini lagi.

Sangat menyenangkan bisa stay di Uttara, almost perfect. Kecuali biaya parkir yang sangat tidak masuk akal, untuk 7 jam motor dikenai biaya 59 rb. Belum lagi jika keluar masuk, minimal 2 rb sekali masuk.

that was my first time stay in this apartment, uttara with the cabin management, little bit surprised by the rules which not written in the descriptions in web, about the Parking and Deposit money. this apartment not really friendly with people who travel with their own vehicle because we need to pay 100k for one night or 75k for valet services (which located not one building with apartment). other things is about 300k deposit for the access key, not big deal for us, but just surprise with that amount. overall our room was good, internet works well, TV channel with indihome, was very comfortable. and they only need to clean some little details, such as the mug and coffee maker, looks pretty dirty to used.

Tempatnya bersih dan ok, peralatan dapur dan mandi sudah tersedia, staff yg menangani perjanjian dll sangat bekerja sama dan tepat waktu, cm sayang kalau membawa mobil sendiri tidak ada fasilitas parkir dan biaya parkirnya lumayan buat kantong, selain dari itu overall semuanya ok..

Saya sangat amat suka menginap disini. Tempatnya aman, semua perlu pakai akses. Bersih dan sangat nyaman bahkan terlihat seperti hotel bukan apartemen. Fasilitasnya ada gym, swimming pool on a rooftop berupa infinity pool. keren. Di depan lokasinya juga banyak tempat makan, pusat oleh-oleh dan jajanan hitz Jogja. Kalau ke Jogja gja lagi, aku pasti pilih menginap disini lagi.

Firstly, there was no information about deposit money on the site which was apparently equal to the price of the room for a key deposit. The wifi and television in my room was not working as well. Staff is not always standing by I had to wait 30 mins after check-in time, so is during the check-out. The good things are : location, cleanliness, apartment facilities.

Saya memang tidak jadi menempati apartment ini karena ada urusan mendadak yang memaksa saya untuk pulang sebelum mencicipi menginap di tempat ini. Tapi crew the cabin sangat ramah, semua pertanyaan dan request saya dipenuhi hingga akhirnya saya harus pulang dan tidak sempat menginap. Next trip kalau ke jogja lagi pasti pesan apartment ini lagi.

Cukup nyaman. Cocok untuk perjalanan keluarga muda (pasutri 1 anak). Lokasi juga strategis di Jalan Kaliurang dekat UGM. Tidak sulit buat cari makan di sekitar sini. Bisa menjadi pilihan untuk menginap dalam jangka waktu yang lama. Mungkin bisa dibuat haga per minggu dan per bulan. Internetnya oke, cepat. TV kabel lumayan lengkap, walaupun saya tidak banyak menonton. Hal yang harus diperhatikan lagi adalah: Lebih fleksibel untuk check in check out dan responsif. Mohon menyediakan handuk keset pada kamar mandi, kamar mandinya kurang baik dalam hal drainase. Apakah tidak ada jadwal pembuangan sampah? Karena sampah menumpuk dan bingung mau dibuang kemana. Mungkin bisa dibuat tempat untuk menjemur handuk/pakaian di balkon. Berikut review dari saya, semoga bisa lebih baik lagi. Sayang kalo tidak dimaksimalkan, karena lokasi sangat strategis.
