Great experience with this hotel. the rooms are clean, all the staff are friendly and helpful, and also the breakfast was delicious. Although, they need to improve on their building especially their roof for drop off section because it was difficult to take the baggage out to the lobby when it's raining.

A beautiful property situated just outside Ubud, but with a free shuttle service 4 times a day to take you into town (or c.£3.50 each way in a grab taxi). It’s perfect for people wanting to be close to Ubud but with some peace and tranquility. The room was great, the bed was extremely comfortable, breakfast was anmazing! and the staff very friendly.

Das Personal und der Service sind wirklich erstklassig. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr praktisch war auch der Shuttle Bus ins Zentrum von Ubud. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

The service is good. The floor is a little bit not clean enough. At night, there were some noisy sounds from other rooms. But overall, this hotel is good, just a little bit needs to improve. Thanks.

Overall is good, letak hotel jalan agak sempit padahal bagus, banyak ulat bulu di pool, makanan enak tapi kurang varian, good service.

Hotel ini cocok buat yang pengen staycation karena fasilitas lengkap dari gym, pool, dan children playground. Lokasinya agak jauh dari pusat keramaian, jadi buat yang pengen cari ketenangan pas sih. Yang aku suka area pool-nya yang besar dan estetik. Kamar dan bathroom luas dengan amenities dan compliments lengkap, kekurangannya 1 sih, kamarnya ga wangi dan karena kemarin nginep pas musim hujan jadi kaya lembap dan berembun ketika kita buka pintu kamar atau pintu balkon. Buat perokok bisa ngrokok di balkon overlooking the pool yang cantik. Breakfast a la carte dengan pilihan terbatas menurutku. Cuma cukup sih porsinya karena tetap dilengkapi dengan buah, pastry, dan untuk minuman ada jus, kopi/teh gitu. Overall recommended karena lokasi juga ga yang berada di wilayah macet Ubud. Jadi, kalau mau ke bandara ga terlalu takut ngejar waktu.

First of all, the staffs there were all so nice & professional! We checked in late so didn't see much of the hotel, the room size was just ‘ enough’, however the breakfast was good 👌🏻.

Perfect! Bagi saya, ini hotel terbaik di ubud. Pelayanannya luar biasa dari awal proses check in sampai proses check out. Kamar kami juga dapat free upgrade, makasih banyak. Kamarnya sangat nyaman, bikin males jalan-jalan keluar. Kolam renangnya juga sangat nyaman. Sarapannya juga enak banget. Pokoknya pasti bakal kesini lagi. Semoga pandemi cepat berlalu.
