空調一點都不冷，房間、廚房和衛浴都有損壞。廚房和衛浴裡還有蜘蛛網。

Kamarnya luas dan fasilitasnya sudah cukup sesuai dengan harganya. Namun sangat disayangkan kebersihan area lingkungan villa dan kamar tidak dirawat dengan sangat baik, sehingga menimbulkan pemandangan yg gersang, berantakan, dan menimbulakan banyaknya nyamuk. Tidak mencerminkan sekali dengan nama yang digunakan pada villa ini. Sistem reservasi juga perlu sangat diperhatikan, bagaimana bisa staff reservasi tidak mengetahui tamu yang check-in pada hari tsb. Sangat kecewa dengan pengalaman menginap disini

We got upgrade to a family room. got a problem with aircon and tv however the staff arrange the maintenance for the room. Aircon work, tvs work, and they even provide us the mosquito spray as our request. We saw on google if there was a trash pile (mostly dried leaves) but that day, they do the maintenance too, build the fence for that. no loud working for that maintenance work. also the place is very quiet. so thats good too. no wonder there is a lot of senior couple choose this place for long term stay. staffs are responsive too. cant give bad review even the place is not meet our expectation, thats not fair. the pool are good, not too people take a dip so thats make our short staycation feel okay(ish)

Dirty and dilapidated villa. Dead bugs on the sheets. Broken toilets. As soon as we arrived we ran away. But they refused to give US our Money back. I will not book throughTraveloka again.

Villa nya kurang terawat, pas pertama check in receptionist gatau sama sekali ada yang booking di hari itu, Padahal udah booking dari jauh-jauh hari, giliran waktunya ke kamar di kasi kamar paling kumuh, udah gitu pas minta pindah bilangnya kamar lainnya udah full di booking, taunya pas sampe waktunya check out ada kamar yang ga di booking sama sekali selama di sana, padahal kalo emang harus ada tambahan harga bilang aja:"), receptionist juga ga stand by, check in sama check out jadi lama karena ga ada orang di meja receptionist, ada kodok di toilet.

Pelayanan dari resepsionis/manajer (kurang tau) tidak menyenangkan, saat awal check in tidak ramah (tidak ada senyuman) dan kami sekeluarga datang sudah di peringatkan jangan berisik padahal kami membawa anak kecil (tidak mungkin tidak berisik). Untuk pelanggan asing manajernya ramah namun untuk kami (warga lokal) tidak ramah, bahkan tidak pernah menyapa. Tolong untuk diperbaiki. Pelayanan lainnya tidak ada masalah dan fasilitas yang diberikan hotel bagus.

The room we had was very nice. The room is very big and the bathroom is nicely made and clean. The personnel was very friendly and helpful in any situation. We were very happy at this place and had some good last days in Bali. The wifi was a bit unstable.
