工作人员非常乐于助人，特别是在停车方面，因为酒店位置在一条狭窄的小街上。别墅本身很漂亮，很舒适，晚上也很放松、安静。还有很大的浴室，里面有浴缸和淋浴。

Suasana oke nyaman, staff juga super ramah, lokasi sangat strategis, tinggal jalan kaki sudah Seminyak, banyak cafe dan tempat nongkrong, cuma keramik lantai agak tua jadi seperti berdebu, teko buat masak air juga udah tua ga layak pakai, di cuci berkali-kali tetep airnya keruh karena sudah jamuran atau karatan ga ngerti deh. Sebaiknya saran saya teko sudah harus di ganti baru.

Saya nilai buruk karena: 1. Tanggapan atas permintaan untuk orderan sangat lambat dan juga kebersihan dari villa kurang diperhatikan. 2. Kolam renang sangat kotor airnya dan kemungkinan tidak pernah di bersihkan. 3. Atap banyak yang bocor sampai mengenai tempat tidur. 4. Jalan menuju ke villa tidak layak bagi roda 4 (sangat sempit).
