Pelayanan ramah, proses cek in cepat. Awalnya dapat kamar di lantai 4 pas malam A/C-nya panas, karena sudah tengah malam jadi baru lapor pagi dan langsung diarahkan pindah kamar. Sampai malam ke-3 semuanya lancar.

Alhamdulillah hotelnya nyaman banget. Bersih. Pelayananya juga oke, jujur banget mbanya yang jaga, dompet saya ketinggalan, Alhamdulillah diinfokan, lokasi dekat tempat makan, handuk dan air mineral disediakan, ada sabun mandi juga. Cocok buat staycation untuk urusan pekerjaan/bisnis.

Lokasinya strategis. Banyak tempat makan. Bersih, pelayanannya bagus. Responsif, ramah. Internet lumayan. Dikasih air putih dan disediakan handuk dan sabun. Bisa buat parkir mobil.

Strategic location, easy to find with grab, parking are available for cars or bikes. Receptionist was helpful, I asked for laundry and change the bedsheets because it was stinks, they proceed it right away. The room is kind of clean, but not soundproof, you can hear people knocking loudly and talkin in hallway. And the stairs kind of dirty, myb because lacking of staffs due the new year holiday. Its worth the price tho.

Pintu kamar mandi rusak, dan kamar kotor sekali. Ada tulisan dilarang merokok tapi kamar bau rokok banget. Kamar mandi kotor, tidak di kasih air mineral handuk cuma di kasih.
