酒店近海邊，房間大小合適，附近食嘢的地方很多，算是一間合適渡假的酒店，但是 房間冷氣很凍和床辱質素不是太好

酒店位置極為方便，跨過馬路就是庫塔沙灘，樓下就有便利店、餐廳、酒吧、咖啡店。我們本來訂的是普通海景房間，酒店幫我們升級至超大的高級海景套房，房間裡還準備了當地特產的水果和糕點，以及附有住客名字的感謝函，真的很貼心。服務生都非常有禮，服務周到，而且食物的品質亦不錯。唯獨有三方面稍為減了一點點的分數。第一就是不知道是否被安排入住二樓的關係，能看到海景是少之有少。第二就是洗手間及淋浴室當在無人使用一段時間，就會發出一陣污水渠的臭味，味道相當難受。第三就是因為樓下就是繁忙的馬路及開放式的酒吧，所以會比較嘈吵，尤其是晚上的時候，需要早睡早起的話就可能會被影響到。

以這個價錢住到海邊，算不錯了，早餐好多款味道也不錯，而且好多款式提供.....算是平、靚、正的好選擇

Great location but facilities are terribly maintained. The room is far from clean and sheets are dirty. Even though we have asked for change the new ones are still dirty. Fit out look exactly the same as pictures on expedia except they are really worn out.

It's agent hotel near Kuta beach, shopping n food restaurants. This hotel is with great view for its top floor swimming pool. U can see the ocean just lay down on the chair in this swimming pool

Smile Staff, reception service fast, room clean,when you stay at car park, staff call high price taxi for you.

這次本來訂了海景的房型，但因為Expedia 系統出問題，害我們沒有海景房也沒有早餐，雖然這間位置不錯，但其實非常老舊，門面不大

nice location, easy to go everywhere.

雖然地點很好，但真的很吵。life band 直到12:00 才結束。有一條小毛巾佈滿了發霉的黑點。早餐不錯。泳池小小的但很乾淨。整個是很不錯的。

位置不错，就在Kuta Beach边上。一开始的房间在2楼，看不到海边。第二天更换之后就有海景了。 略坑的是，国庆期间当天的价格居然比预订时低。另外，服务稍微一般，到达酒店没人帮忙。酒店大堂在二楼。

the location and breakfast was great and very convenience, room is clean and tidy. Kuta beach just in front of the hotel. 5 mins walk to the BeachWalk shopping mall, many restaurants, massage and shops around. swimming pool is a bit small, but view was great.

It was such a lovely stay at this hotel, everything was great. The room was clean and big enough (the Superoir Heritage King room), the bed was so so comfy! The pool was awesome, we went a few times during our stay. We went there at ard 11am and only 5 other guests were there, so we got the chance to take pics ~ We ordered food and drinks as well at the restaurant and bar up there, they were delicious! Made the whole experience even better! The staff were being friendly and nice~ They will help you to get a bluebird taxi at the entrance so you can enjoy the ride and pay according to the meter. Restaurants, bars, clubs, souvenir shops, convenient stores, currency exchange stores, shopping malls or spa are so close to the hotel, like a 5-mintue walk you can get to anywhere you want. And of course you just walk across the road and there it is, the Kuta Beach. Just a reminder that when you check in they will ask for a 1,000,000 RP as deposit, can be done by credit card or cash. I highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely love to come back again!

週末超賣要幫我們升級第一晚房型但隔天得換房間，因不想整理行李換房結果被分配到一間超級吵的連通房，整晚嗡嗡的低頻噪音使睡眠品質很差。
