Hotel bersih, kamar bersih dan nyaman. Kamar mandi bersih. Air panas lancar. Tersedia dapur untuk menyeduh kopi atau membuat teh, menyenangkan dan homey banget, staf juga ramah. Tersedia parkir yang cukup luas untuk mobil. Hanya saja akses masuknya melalui gang sempit, sehingga untuk tamu yang membawa mobil cukup besar harus hati-hati saat masuk. Tidak terdapat petunjuk lokasi pada gmap, sehingga kami sempat nyasar saat mencarinya.

Staf hotel sangat ramah dan pelayanan sangat baik. Tetapi kami mendapatkan kamar yang tidak sesuai dengan yang ditawarkan, kamar sempit, tidak ada bathtub, AC tidak berfungsi, Kami minta 2 single bed tapi dapatnya 1 double bed dan tidak ada konfirmasi apapun dari pihak villa. Kondisi kamar terkesan kuno dan agak spooky. Jadi tidak bisa beristirahat dengan nyaman.

This villa is comfortable especially to people who want a private place. The staffs are very friendly, the food, drinks, everything was so nice. It is located near the center of Ubud so you don’t need to be worry if you’re planning to go at night.
