This place is stunning. Set on a hillside next to rice terraces, the resort is immaculate, private, and stylish. From the lush landscapes and manicured grounds, to the detached traditional villas that blends traditional Balinese architecture with its verandas and high ceilings to contemporary interiors and spacious bath, this place felt posh! Who ever built this really cared about every detail.
And crowned it by hiring the best staff. Ayu and the staff there were more than helpful. They really cared.
One thing - u will need transportation as it is secluded. No restaurants around. When I was there Ayu arranged drivers and made it really easy as I don’t drive. Had my dinners there every night and found all of it truly something out of the movies ...

Very lovely place! You can relax fully with full of nature. If you like to stay in Bali style place than modern, I highly recommend you. The room is spacious and clean. We had a private garden in front of the room so we could enjoy breakfast there.
The swimming pool is also very nice!
If you walk about 15-20mins there is a very typical local village. Not touristic at all. We did not see any tourist here. All the local people there were very kind and nice.
You can enjoy the massage in the hotel as well.
But there is nothing around the hotel. If you want to buy something you need to walk about 15mins to the small market.
The staffs can speak English & a bit of French but they don't speak very good English so you might have some misunderstanding. They are very kind though.
For me and my husband, we would like to stay here again! It was really really relaxing 2nights. And we loved visiting the village as well.

Really nice, awesome atmosphere of relaxing and chilling out is needed. Lovely rural padi field views. Fabulous timber ceiling. Great pool. Large rooms in fact super spacious. Got to get back there.

Saya pergi ke bali untuk 5 days trip dan saya menginap di the sanyas retreat. Hotel dan layanannya super! Layanan sangat memuaskan dan fasilitas villa/kamar sangat memuaskan, untuk keluarga sangat pas, terutama yang mencari ketenangan. Jika anda membawa kendaraan sendiri, lokasi ini sangat direkomendasikan dan best value+tabanan.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone searching for some peace and quiet off the usual tourist routes. A perfect getaway from daily life. We had a wonderful time there.

Pemandangan dari hotel sangat indah. Akses mencapai hotel tidak sulit. Petugas ramah dan sangat membantu. Hotel ini sangat tepat menjadi tempat untuk melakukan meditasi atau relaksasi. Petugas akan membantu menyediakan kebutuhan kita. Fasilitas yang tersedia sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Bila ada yang kurang, adalah tidak tersedianya restoran. Makanan harus dipesan dari luar hotel, kecuali untuk sarapan. Namun demikian, kualitas sarapannya nomor satu, patut diacungi jempol. American Breakfast yang disediakan petugas dengan cara ala carte, setara dengan hotel bintang 5. Sayang saya tidak mencicipi sarapan ala Indonesian Food

hotel nya nyaman.. bed dan bantalnya empuk enak, biasanya hotel bagus bantalnya keras, tp ini ok. cuman lampu aja yg menurut saya harus ada yg terang.. apalagi yg kurang suka remang2 seperti saya, tp overall ok. terimakasih

Pelayanan dan kenyamanan sudah baik, hanya saja pada saat pemesanan menu dinner, koki tidak ada ditempat dan sudah pulang. Jadi tamu harus memesan makanan keluar hotel.
