Dapet kamar yang ac nya gak dingin, langsung komplain di pindahin ke kamar yang ac nya joss poll. Check in nya cepet juga. Pokoknya pules banget tidur di sini. Yang paling penting kamar nya bersih, handuknya bersih, seprei nya bersih. Pokoknya kebersihannya bagus.

Tolong untum staff perempuan agak ramah sedikit dan komunikatif, mau bagaimanapun juga tetep pelayanan di perhatikan. Saya tanya dan komplain baik baik hanya berhaarap di jawab dengan baik pulaa walopun emang untuk apa yang dikomplain tidak bisa dipenuhi. Terima kasih.

This residence is located on the other end of Lippo Karawaci. Though it was a bit far, my stay was quite comfortable. They don't hang towels in the bathroom, but all I needed to do was ask the person on duty. The place is clean and comfortable, although I don't think it has hot water. There were no shampoo and soap available, and the walls had leftover command hooks that made the place look a bit shabby for my taste. Nevertheless, the room was clean and soundproof. It wasn't too noisy when I stayed there, and I had a pleasant stay overall.

Hotelnya si bagus sesuai dengan harga, nyaman juga ada TV AC juga dingin, ada air panas, tapi mungkin buat para staff dan bagian reservasi bisa ramah yah, jutek banget kalau ditanya.
