这是一座建筑瑰宝，拥有漂亮的木质客房和精心设计的空间。从窗户望出去，树梢在薄雾中飘荡，景色如梦似幻。服务人员热情周到，菜单也很有特色，甚至还贴心地准备了热水袋放在床上！

这家度假村几乎全部采用旧木材建造，建筑风格自然质朴。风景优美。房间宽敞，设施齐全。晚餐和早餐都非常美味。所有员工都非常乐于助人、热情友好、彬彬有礼。我以后一定会再来的。

We recently stayed at Tira Vilagna Suites in the Kintamani mountain area and had a pleasant experience overall. The property is beautiful and offers a serene environment, perfect for those looking to unwind and enjoy the stunning mountain views. However, I did feel that the hotel could improve in a few areas. Firstly, there wasn't enough clear information on how to use the lift from the lobby. A simple guide or sign would be helpful for guests unfamiliar with the layout. Additionally, while there is a piano available, it was unfortunate that it wasn't being played, and I thought a karaoke room would be a great addition to liven up the atmosphere. An Android TV in the rooms could also be a nice touch to enhance the guest experience. That said, I appreciated the efforts of the staff, and I'm sure these small improvements will make future stays even more enjoyable. Keep up the good work, and I look forward to returning!

Tempat sangat tenang, bunyi-bunyian khas forest. Benar-benar relaks dan nyaman. Makanan enak dan bahan-bahannya segar, pisang goreng-nya juara, staff-nya ramah-ramah. Terima kasih yaa. Great experience

The place is so nice, you can spend hours at the cafe area. The place is designed for those who have strong legs as there are lots of stairs to the rooms😁, but it's still a very nice place to stay at. The weather is nice, not hot and cold enough. The room is nice and clean. The food is good… Overall, me and my family are very satisfied with everything.

The villa is tranquil and calm. It is highly recommended to those who'd like a quiet retreat in the midst of nature. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is good. There is a spa facility as well. There's also a meeting room that can probably seat 15-20 people, if you need such a facility.

Perfect for holiday, staff so amazing, place so calm and chilling.
