Townhouse Sanur

Pros: - The location is in front of sanur new harbor. - Not too busy at night. - There is a usable kitchen (cooking utensils provided) Cons: - dirty property, the floor is greasy and dusty. - the bathroom smells bad. - ac is not working properly. - wifi is so-so. - the most annoying is: this is a self check-in property but the staff coordination is awful. 1 staff tell me that my booking is ok but another staff can't confirm my booking. 1 staff tell me that we can't early check in because there's a guest before us (possibly lying) but when I contact online agent and they give me the owner number, the owner another staff confirm that we can early check in right away. - the staff (admin) is the worst part of this property, they not responsible enough to answer our questions as a guest for our stay. They didn't even respond to my chat on the day I had to check in so I need to contact online agent for that.
