The appearance of the hotel room is different from reality. There is no paddyfields, different bed, different room. The staff was giving unreasonable excuse that the room in the picture is booked. What about me?

Kamar yang saya pesan beda tampilannya dengan yang diiklankan di app, kamar sangat kotor dan pengap. Selain itu sprei, selimut dan bantal kotor ada bekas noda yang tidak hilang dan baunya juga tidak sedap. Kamar seperti tidak dibersihkan dalam jangka waktu lama, juga banyak semut yang ada di kasur. Saat saya datang dan menghubungi no WA menanyakan apakah kamar sudah disiapkan tidak dijawab, sampai lokasi malam dan saya harus mencari dan memanggil berkali-kali.

I came to the guest house for check in but I met no one and keep waiting till we met someone when we were stroling around looking for parking area and he just let us in to the room. The room is terrible, they had clogged drain in their bathroom and when we came the water is still flooded. We also found packaging of used condom.

Penginapan enak, tapi kemarin cari muter-muter karena alamatnya kurang jelas, dan kata penjaganya belum ada persiapan karena owner tidak mengabari, jadi tidak ada handuk tapi kamar bersih, tapi tidak apa-apa karena bawa handuk sendiri 🙏😁.

Very bad. No parking area even for motor bike. I was waiting in reception for 30mins check in and found out the staff fell asleep. Dust everywhere and very dirty bathroom. Won't ever come back there again.

Menginap dua hari di sini cukup nyaman. Bangunanya tidak baru tapi bersih dan dirawat. Tempat tidurnya cukup untuk berdua orang dewasa dan seorang anak kecil. Dekat dengan halte bis 5 menitanlah, 5 menit ke penyewaan motor, 500 motor jalan ke monkey forest dan sekeliling banyak tempat penginapan dan cafe. Yang pasti di sana hampir 100 % nya pengunjung dari luar Indonesia. Ubud tempat yang adem sampai airnya saja dingin saat di siang hari😁. Tapi di sini tidak disediakan handuk ya.

Homestay Ubud Asri đã đưa cho chúng tôi phòng không giống như phòng đã đặt. Sau đó đổi cho chúng tôi những phòng tệ hơn. Nệm có mùi rất khai. Dơ bẩn, nóng bức, rất tệ. Đường vô Homestay âm u, nguy hiểm.

They’re not picking up the phone, the water to take a shower is not always ready, the guide should to turn on to let the water on, there’s a stain on our bed.. there’s no soap, shampoo, or toothbrush in the bathroom. I don't know seems like they ignore the customer, there’s no a car parking, but there’s a wifi, and towel. Better to choose other homestay
