Ini hotel ter-best yang pernah aku tempati. Saya orangnya jujur. Ini sudah bersih, luas, harga murah. Ada kolam renangnya. Ada kulkasnya. Ada kompor dan piring juga. Ini sekelas kayak apartemen. Ada dapurnya. Ini benar-benar recommended. Pertama saya hanya booking 1 hari. Akhirnya keterusan sampai 5 hari. Benar-benar bikin betah banget.

Benar-benar bikin di bawah nalar harga segini bisa dapat fasilitas semewah ini. Next pasti bawa rombongan keluarga ke sini.

I stayed here for 5 days for working purposes around Ubud. Each time I went back to Uma Sari after work, I felt home. Mbak Yulia, the receptionist, always gave me a warm smile and asked how I was. The remaining staff are also friendly, helping me move my bike to pass the stairs’ gate. Other than the hospitality, the scenery at the back side of Uma Sari is mesmerizing; a pool with rice field views, completed by the afternoon wind and birds’ chirping. It provides a chill and relax spot for spending the evening. Thank you Uma Sari!

saya datang tidak ada staf yg standby di lokasi, ternyata penginapan sedang di renovasi dan semua staf di rumah kan. ketika chek in tidak bisa, dengan alasan semua kamar sudah over book. pihak penginapan berdalih ada kamar yg bocor jadi tidak bisa di berikan, harusnya stok kamar di aplikasi di kurangi kalo emang ada kerusakan. penginapan ini banyak anjing nya, ada mungkin 10 ekor. bagi yg tidak terbiasa atau takut anjing bisa jadi pertimbangan. Overall oke, kecuali kebersihan nya. Alat Masak kotor, tolong lah house keeping nya masa ga bisa nyuci perabotan masak. oh iya, WI-FI nya tidak ada akses internet.

- Ga ada air panas.- ⁠sepre bolong-bolong.- ⁠internet ga jelas.- ⁠lampu kamar mati.- ⁠kamar ga seperti di foto.- ⁠tv mati.- jam rusak masih di pajang di kamar. Sampai saya harus telpon dari jakarta, baru ada orang yang cek ke kamar karena pada saat tim saya yang komplain tidak ada orang yang cek ke kamar yang bermasalah. Btw saya booking 4 kamar. Harusnya dengan rate yang tertera dan di daerah ubud dimana banyak pasti yang akan menginap jangan lah kayak gini, kebersihan dan kenyamaan harus tetap di pertahankan. Jangan bikin customer kecewa.

I stayed here for 5 days for working purposes around Ubud. Each time I went back to Uma Sari after work, I felt home. Mbak Yulia, the receptionist, always gave me a warm smile and asked how I was. The remaining staff are also friendly, helping me move my bike to pass the stairs’ gate. Other than the hospitality, the scenery at the back side of Uma Sari is mesmerizing; a pool with rice field views, completed by the afternoon wind and birds’ chirping. Review From John Ternent, I would say one thing that is you really need to personally take a look at the accommodation you provided when doing this the place I started in Ubud was clean and tidy there was no towels the TV didn't work the wifi password was incorrect and the door did not lock from inside.

The location is strategic, near to many restaurant and spa. There’s only 1 employee to serve us for breakfast so it takes long time to wait for breakfast. The villa is clean enough but I feel uncomfortable with the catterpillar around my room
