Unique Villa Cloud mempunyai halaman berukuran besar yang dapat mengakomodasi hingga 50 tamu, sehingga cocok menjadi venue acara, seperti pernikahan, fashion show, dan sebagainya. Terdapat tangga mewah nan elegan untuk mengantarkan Anda ke kamar tidur utama, yang menghadap langsung ke pemandangan Samudra Hindia yang menakjubkan.
Kamar tidur utama di Unique Villa Cloud dilengkapi dengan kasur ukuran king dan desain interior yang eksklusif, termasuk kursi kayu jati vintage, serta karya seni batu onyx. Langit-langit yang tinggi membuat lampu gantung yang berbentuk kelopak bunga terlihat lebih cantik. Villa ini memiliki dua kamar tidur tambahan di lantai dasar dan jendela-jendela berukuran besar untuk menikmati pemandangan alam terbuka di sekitarnya.
Unique Villa Cloud memiliki konsep utama bangunan dengan mengandalkan bentuk yang tidak konvensional. Selain eksterior berbentuk awan, ruang ganti dan kamar mandi di salah satu kamarnya didesain berbentuk bunga. Villa ini terlihat unik dibandingkan properti lain karena interiornya menampilkan estetika futuristik yang menggunakan material marmer alami dan kayu solid berkualitas tinggi.
Ketika memasuki villa, para tamu akan merasa tenang dan nyaman melihat perpaduan bentuk bundar di dalam ruangan. Jika membutuhkan sesuatu, terdapat manajer, tim housekeeping, dan kepala pelayan yang siap membantu Anda kapan saja. 1. Upon check-in, you will need to make a damage deposit of 500 USD / 8,000,000 IDR in cash. This deposit will be fully funded by cash at check-out, as long as there isn't any damage to the property. We will charge for any damages caused.
2. Please bring valid Identity Card or Passport upon check-in time.
3. Commercial photography (photo/video) and events at the villa are only possible by prior agreement with the owner for an additional payment (a fine of 150,000,000 IDR is paid for violation).
4. Pets are not allowed.
5. It is not allowed to smoke inside the villa (smoking cigarettes, cigars, cigarillos, smoking pipes). Such violations are paid with a fine of 2,500,000 IDR.
6. It is not allowed to bring drugs into the villa.
7. No parties without the consent of owner and management.
8. Pay attention that barbeque, fireworks, smoking inside the Villa as well as any actions with open fire are strictly prohibited in the Villa. Barbeque, fireworks and other actions with fire are allowed only on the shore and with the permission of the administration.
9. It is not allowed to light candles outside and inside the villa, except in special cases agreed in writing with the villa manager (a fine of 2,500,000 IDR is paid for violation).
10. It is not allowed to throw flowers and glasses (dishes) into the pool (a fine of 2,500,000 IDR is paid for violation).
11. Please follow the safety rules, we are not responsible for guest's insurance coverage on harm to the health, personal items kept at premises, against loss, damage, theft, fire and other extended risk.
