Gak ada palang masuk, gak ada kotak sampah tapi resepsionis-nya mau dititipin sampah, kolam renangnya lumayan tapi gak disediakan handuk, dikunci pula kamar mandinya. Sarapannya gak banyak variasi, malah untuk nasi haduh gak nafsu makan jadinya lauknya bener-bener deh minimalis🤣🤣. Aslinya untuk harga hotel 900rb-an, aku kasih angka 4 ya sorry. Tapi aku kasih bintang di atas yang lumayan agar bisnis kalian tetap eksis.

Staff are friendly, especially the front desk. But needs more work with the bathrooms. Found a few mosquitoes inside the bedroom. Overall, Veranda is a nice place for family staycations.

I was there by 14:00 pm but the room not ready yet, coming back and forward to the reception until several time but the room not ready yet until 16:00. The room is ready around 18:00, how inconvenient. No complimentary, only sorry, even when I was there to check out only have one staff in the front desk. Need more hospitality staff and how to make people satisfaction. Even the location was very good, but the staff need more people and get trained about how to handle about customer satisfaction.

Gak ada palang masuk, gak ada kotak sampah tapi resepsionis-nya mau dititipin sampah, kolam renangnya lumayan tapi gak disediakan handuk, dikunci pula kamar mandinya. Sarapannya gak banyak variasi, malah untuk nasi haduh gak nafsu makan jadinya lauknya bener-bener deh minimalis🤣🤣. Aslinya untuk harga hotel 900rb-an, aku kasih angka 4 ya sorry. Tapi aku kasih bintang di atas yang lumayan agar bisnis kalian tetap eksis.

Staff are friendly, especially the front desk. But needs more work with the bathrooms. Found a few mosquitoes inside the bedroom. Overall, Veranda is a nice place for family staycations.

I was there by 14:00 pm but the room not ready yet, coming back and forward to the reception until several time but the room not ready yet until 16:00. The room is ready around 18:00, how inconvenient. No complimentary, only sorry, even when I was there to check out only have one staff in the front desk. Need more hospitality staff and how to make people satisfaction. Even the location was very good, but the staff need more people and get trained about how to handle about customer satisfaction.
