总的来说，房东人很好，停车位宽敞，如果天气晴朗，还可以举办私人派对和免费的泳池烧烤派对，甚至可以烤羊肉。只需额外支付20万的清洁费，非常值得。唯一的缺点是别墅的女佣经常在需要帮忙时消失，而且很难联系到她。烧烤用具很齐全。电力供应充足，我们租了一个电炉，没有遇到任何电力问题，所以这次私人家庭聚会非常难忘。别墅位置离市中心也不远。唯一的不足是加床数量有限，而且加床太薄。建议自带地毯或折叠床垫，以及一个30瓦的聚光灯，以便为私人派对提供完美的照明。别墅的其他方面，包括设施、清洁度、价格和房东本人，都非常棒。祝愿CEO Febri女士未来一切顺利，生意兴隆。
