酒店员工很友好，房间也物有所值……只是热水器有时出水不正常，有时又用不了……别墅位于主路之后，需要经过一些小路、陡坡和破损的路面……所以必须驾驶性能良好的车辆，并且需要一位技术娴熟的司机……不过，景色确实非常优美……

非常令人失望。通往酒店的路有点上坡，路况也不好。房间其实挺宽敞的，但是对于带孩子出行的家庭来说，卫生状况实在太差了。房间里有很多虫子（蟋蟀、白蚁）和蚂蚁。床垫似乎也没洗过，晚上睡起来有点痒。风扇也需要清洗。浴室糟糕透了。水很脏，浴缸也很脏，淋浴水量很小，马桶冲不了水，没有肥皂和洗发水，而且浴室门也锁不上。酒店位置离餐馆比较远，所以最好自带速食在房间里自己做饭。好在饮水机还有冷热水，炉灶也能用。游泳池和儿童游乐场也很脏，根本没法玩。每晚70万印尼盾的价格，实在是太贵了，让人非常失望。

设施和清洁度还可以，但由于环境仍然很原始，树木繁茂，所以会有很多昆虫进来，不过这没什么问题，因为工作人员非常友好，遇到问题时也会尽力提供帮助。只是希望以后能彻底消灭昆虫。

总体而言，这栋别墅位置不错，可以欣赏到美丽的山景，尤其是木兰花区。各个地方有许多雕像和非常酷的植物。由于坡度较陡，因此开车的人要小心。天气凉爽、安静。

staf hotel ramah.. sayangnya fasilitas kurang memuaskan. anak anak tidak bisa berenang karena kolamnya kotor.. akses jalan yg sangat curam mungkin mobil matic yg bermuatan penuh sulit nanjak, jalan nya jg harus di perbaiki

As early as 6AM, you could hear other guests playing loud music, and another was doing karaoke. Hot water pressure was very low, and when we checked in, there were swarm of ants on the floor. Day 2, we returned past midnight and the gate was closed so we had to scream for the staff to open the gate. Please notify as to when the gate will be closed, so guests are aware of it. No towel and toothbrush provided, so you have to bring it on your own. Other than that, the view was beautiful and room was quite spacious. But with all the experience we encountered, just too overpriced.

Villa Teratai sangat homey, karena kami datang weekday jadi sepi dan private. Perjalanan ke lokasi cukup menanjak tapi masih aman. View cakep. Fasilitas lengkap, untuk bahan makan-makanan bisa dibeli di bawah nanti pinjam motor bapak penjaga. Next time singgah lagi.

Jalanan menuju villa sangat jelek, aku kasih rating jelek karena hal yang paling utama yaitu Air sangatlah tidak bagus. Air keluar sangat kecil malah sempet tidak keluar air. Padahal deket pegunungan tapi kenapa air susah dan tidak bagus kualitasnya. Dapat air minum galon pas mau minum airnya ada lumutnya dan bau. Kolam renang juga pas datang masih diisi airnya dan kelihatan tidak terawat. Untuk kamar dan viewnya sih bagus, tp selebihnya kurang.
