The location is strategic, walkable distance to Rumah Mode but not on the side road so it's quiet and hardly hear any traffic. The hotel has a nice Bali-like ambiance. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room is big, clean, and great. The room service food was good. The breakfast has enough variety and tastes good, especially the traditional kue. Will definitely choose this hotel again next time we are in Bandung.

I had a very pleasant experience during my stay in Villa Damar. Words cannot describe how I and my friend were constantly amazed by every aspect this place has to offer. The service, the room size, the cleanliness (no dust on the ceiling and behind the mirror! Yes, I checked just to make sure the housekeeper clean it properly). Not to mention the ambiance, the peace that I found, and the warm and lovely atmosphere. Everything was perfect. For a cheap room price, this hotel has everything. I will come back with my family really soon. Thank you!

Rame, g tau ada pembangunan bangunan apa. terus tengah malam ada suara kayak yg dugem gt, kamar g ada sapu, kurang gelas, dan handuk bagi kami yg sewa buat 10 orang.

Setelah belasan thn akhirnya stay lg dsini..kangen nuansa Bali nya.
Ternyata htl n room ny msh terawat dg baik sprti dl..bersih n sprei bntalnya pun wangi..demikian toilettriesny. Saat sarapan bs smbil kasih mkn ikan koi nya jg di kolam smping resto nya.. pelet ikan ny pun free dr waiter.
Minusnya justru di :
1. Saat telp ke resepsionis utk minta air mineral tambahan krn di kmr sdh habis namun tdk diberi. Hmm pdhl di hotel2 lain msh diberi extra atau disediakan Dispenser dan Galon dkt room.
2. Sarapannya ckp bervariasi hanya saja nasinya keras pera jd ga bs dmakan.
Smoga kesempatan berikutnya bs stay disini lg dg kualitas fasilitas yg lbh customer oriented

Lokasi hotel sangat strategis, bisa jalan kaki ke supermarket, cafe, resto, factory outlet, dll. Saya menginap di villa tower, ruangan cukup besar dengan mezanine. Cocok untuk keluarga besar, bisa untuk 12 orang. Kamar bersih dan fasilitas lengkap.

Believe this hotel is meant for local, rather than tourists. Location is central to eateries, a small supermarket and Paris Van Java. The language proficiency of the staff is very bad. They can't express themselves clearly, as they can't understand simple English. When asked about local tour, the staff doesn't understand what is local tour? There is no local tour for this hotel (very disappointed) where we expect most of the hotels would have a business center handling such services. We booked a junior suite, but very shocking to see such a small room for 6 pax to be squeeze in. Enough beds for all, just that the room is small. Not much space for movement after putting our stuff. Reception of the TV is also bad, totally not clear. Even the technician who came to do the adjustment mentioned that it is normally not to get a clear picture. All above mentioned need to be improved should this hotel wants to attracts tourists.
