Staff ok. Tapi management tidak bagus.
Pesan 2 kamar di wk gamat. Hanya ada 1 kamar tersedia. Dipindah ke sundi, tanpa sarapan. Sarapan tidak lengkap. Mereka tidak siap terima tamu. Kasian para Staff. Mereka harus meminta maaf berkali2 untuk sesuatu yg bukan kesalahan Mereka.

Tolong itu dirawat penginapannya. Shower di villa bocor gak diganti. Sayang airnya berliter-berliter terbuang percuma. Tv rusak gak diganti. ACnya panas. Gak sesuai sama tampilan gambarnya.

Saya memesan private villa 2 kamar, kamar 1 nya lampu nya mati katanya karena kosleting arus listrik. Pada saat datang kamar kurang bersih lantai nya, berdebu, ada kecoak di kasur sehingga saya minta penyemprot serangga. Amenitis di kamar mandi juga tidak ada. Villa seperti kurang terawat. Ada tokek di atap pelafond dan kotorannya berjatuhan. Untung nya air panas masih berfungsi ok. Suasana sunyi senyap, benar-benar hidden area, dan tidak ada petugas villa yang standby di villa. Overall thank you for hospitality, hopefully can be better.

The accommodation looks exactly like in the description. The room is clean and everything works well. The surrounding is still so natural full of greens. We could hear many birds chirping in the morning. Forgot to take photo of the room! 😅 They also have two units of private studio villas. The location is not by the major road nor near the beach, but it isn't an issue as we rent car to move around Penida. The staff is also so friendly. Thanks, Ayu for the yummy breakfast!

Yang menginap cuma aku doang sama teman-teman, which is sudah kaya private villa dengan pool pribadi! Kekurangannya cuma lokasinya di dalem banget, jadi kalau malam sepi banget gelap.
