1. tidak ada customer service di lokasi, jadi harus menunggu berjam jam. padahal lokasinyg sama ada MY ROOMS yg selalu ada customer servicenya.
2. ada deposit sebesar 300rb
3. terlalu ribet mengisi data
4. tidak membayar deposit sesuai yg mereka tentukan akhirnya tudak boleh cek in.
5. mereka yg melarang cek in , tapi uang pembelian tidak bisa di kembalikan
6. karena tidak boleh cek in dan uang tidak bisa kembali walau sdh di bayar saya tidak akan iklaskan dunia akhirat
7. di karenakan tidak boleh cek in saya putuskan tidir di mobil
