Loved our stay! Staff, room and entire town exceeded expectations. Pubs were great, town folk so very friendly, and our room was perfect with a charming little balcony overlooking the river. We will be back!

Everything from the bar to the bed was 5 star I don't know how they do it for the price. Staff are brilliant, friendly and helpful. You must try it. The view from the room and the restaurant was beautiful, thank you so much riverside .

Sligo was such a quiet and charming place. We enjoyed our time there. We stayed in Riverside Hotel for 1 night, the very spacious room, nice staff and delicious food gave us very good impression. The room was just face the river, which had amazing view. After checking out for days, we met some unhappy misunderstanding with the hotel, but finally the hotel management dealt with it effectively.

We were able to get a riverside room and it was beautiful.

We arrived at the property earlier than expected … Arthur who was at the front was very welcoming .. informed us there was Ripples cafe just off of the bar and we could make ourselves comfortable until our room were ready. The cafe was clean, comfy and had great food and service.. when we checked in Erin was at the guest service desk and she was lovely too hotel room rooms are spacious, cozy and a great view of the river … very clean .. Arthur, Erin and Sean were absolutely amazing … my brother and I had a wonderful time … and will definitely be back

Quite visible layers of dust on the wall by the bed .
Three flying ants or some other kind of insect in our room. Beds were decent and cafe was good for breakfast . It was a very average hotel in a good location but with a heftier than average price tag. Best shower pressure we’ve had so far in almost 10 days in Ireland !
