My room was fine though a little dated and bed very comfortable. Staff were great and both dinner and breakfast were superb!

The check-in was a pleasure. Kristen was phenomenal, very helpful and professional. Well done :)
The hotel was really nice. The only low point was that the room was quite cold. The heating system didn't start till later. When we arrived, the room was cold. But, taking this aside, the stay was amazing.

Room smelt damp and cold on arrival. Very noisy hotel. Tv on by other guests until 2 am. Lots of loud banging all through night so very little sleep. Brown liquid in shower from leak on bathroom roof. Reported this to receptionist, no apologies , just will let housekeeping know! Would not stay here again.
