This was the 4 or 5th time we have stayed here and no issue getting to it. Close to all attractions with great staff we have known over the years. We thank all the front staff, breakfast and cleaning staff for taking care of our needs. See you need time for sure.

beautiful & clean room! friendly staff & great location also, very close to piazza st marco and walkable to all of venice’s top attractions. venice bakery next door also has the best pistachio croissants.

I've been staying at the hotel for 2 nights on my own. My room is a single room with a double bed. It was cosy and comfortable. The shower was hot enough but with rather low water pressure. WiFi was ok. Breakfast was basic with limited choices.
The most amazing thing would be the attitude of the staff. Staff were friendly and absolutely helpful. Hence, with the convenience for visiting attractions, I would recommend this hotel to those who planning to travel in Venice.

这是一间地点绝佳的酒店，离圣马可广场只有几十步之遥，周边是威尼斯最热闹的地方，离水上巴士也近得离谱，非常好的地点。几点不足是客房内的电源插头完全没有，只有厕所有一个可用。淋浴房是一体式样的，非常小，其他都不错。尤其需要夸奖的是酒店服务员非常好，对住客帮助很大。看在地点的面子上，其实其他都不算什么问题。我和儿子在威尼斯的几天中，动不动就回房间睡一会，避开中午的毒太阳。

Small lovely hotel near St Mark plaza and major tourist attractions. Hotel breakfast slightly limited spread but good option for 2 night in Venice. Helpful staff and overall great location to stay in during our Venice trip for the price.

Location was amazing, right by the Vaporetto stop. Beds were comfortable. Staff were very accommodating changing us from a double to 2 twins. Be prepared for cleaning to knock at 9 am every morning, ask for a do not disturb sign from the front desk. Didn’t try the breakfast buffet but an amzing experience. Air con worked great.
