hotel staff very kind .we reached the hotel before check in time when the staff lady sent us two cups of cool drink. the hotel has a nice garden.we lived in a room of first floor wen we pushed out window we can saw the scenery. of cause,if we would come earlier we would have a rest in it.

很靠近火車站，但要過橋，搬行李要爬樓梯很辛苦。免費早餐好吃。
飯店房間整潔但不大，重點是雙人床很小且床中央嚴重塌陷，睡靠近床緣一點時根本就變傾斜一邊了，睡的腰酸背痛。
飯店人員親切，介紹很多景點和餐廳，但試了一家介紹的餐廳之後，覺得根本就是黑店，海鮮食材不新鮮，份量又少吃不飽。

Hotel is very near to the train station, it's nice to stay here to catch the early train.
Around 20 minutes walk to San Marco tourist area. If you like to travel and get lost in a foriegn city. Venice is a good place.
Not many choice in the breakfast compared other hotels we stayed in Italy but it's included in the price.

We lives in Marin's apartment, it's also not far from main station, and just near a waterbus stop which on the line to airport, very convenient!
The apartment is quiet and comfortable, wood style, 2 bedrooms, it has everything you need, kitchen, dishes, bright bathroom... and very clean!
People are nice and friendly, even waiting for us at station's exit, and bring us to the apartment.
Highly recommend!

Most hotels in Venice are small and old. Hotel Marin was not far away from train station Venice S. Lucia. We needed to cross a bridge to the hotel, which was difficult to travelers dragging luggage. This hotel was small but nice, people were friendly, breakfast was good enough. I think what they could improve is to use longer beds. Our bed was too short for me so I could not sleep well.

Hotel ad una stella ma sinceramente sottovalutato. Vicinissimo alla stazione in posizione defilata quindi tranquillo e discreto.
Camera nella norma dotata di bagno piccolino ma con doccia. Pulito silenzioso e con personale molto gentile cortese e disponibile. Ottima la colazione sia salata che dolce.
Se non cercate chissà cosa va più che bene e per noi è andato benissimo.

In the apartment everything is new, looking very nice, but they have nitrate in walls due to water presense in walls that has got a unpleasant smell. We tried to use the AC they were not working (in August???) so we had the choice to open the windows. But if windows open mosquioes come in that happened in first night, not much sleep, after that you we closed the windows and had the damp air but no mosquitoes, either solution is bad. They had mosquite repellent in the apartment, but those are useless.
