The hotel itself was nice enough although it seemed like it was trying to be of a higher caliber than it actually is. Unfortunately, I had a poor experience with the staff at this hotel. When checking in, the front desk staff were not friendly and laughing with each other after questions were asked. This happened at check out as well. Additionally, when trying to clarify the confusing layout of the hotel, the gentlemen at the front desk responded sarcastically and was unhelpful. It was disappointing as I had high hopes for this stay but I will not be returning and will not be recommending this hotel either.

Hotellet överträffade alla våra förväntningar, servicen var fantastisk och maten likaså. Rekommenderar verkligen att bo här och att boka med halvpension, vi kommer absolut att komma tillbaka.

Very nice hotel with a really good location. Dinner included was a good choice- nice food and wine recommendation. Nicely renovated.

Excellent location. The breakfast is much better than most paid options in other hotels. It was truly marvelous. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The cozy pool is perfect for families with children. When we departed, we even received a cup as a souvenir along with a promo code for our next visit. I highly recommend this place!

Riktig bra hotell i hjertet av Selva Valgardena. Veldig serviceminded personale. Utrolig bra kjøkken for både frokost og middag med masse valgmuligheter

The lobby and bar are verry luxurious but all the other parts of the hotel are a bit out dated. Also they want your credit card information writen down even when you have booked with expedia, maybe should have been mentiond somewhere.

Great hotel in very good location, with panoramic views and conveniently Located next to bus stations and gondola lift in the heart of Selva de Val Gardena.

Fint hotell! Sentralt plassert. Vi hadde rom med markterrasse. Pool og spa var velholdt. Veldig god frokost med godt utvalgt. Alt i alt, veldig fornøyd

Unfortunately we were not able to experience the hotel to its full capacity as I imagine it would have been brilliant. We were not able to make it to the hotel due to no transport available to travel from Cortina to Selva di Val Gardena. We called the hotel to update them of the situation and to cancel the booking. We were not provided with a refund, partial refund, credit or an exchange of dates which is a shame.

Das Essen war hervorragend! Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass das Personal nicht oder nur schlecht deutsch spricht, das sind wir von Südtirol nicht gewohnt.

Soggiorno "di classe". Hotel rinnovato da poco, 4stelle "piene" piscina non molto grande ma ben curata e con varie funzioni ( da prenotare in anticipo). C'è anche la spa. Ottimo ristorante con ottima cena incluso se scegliete la mezza pensione. Occhio che il buffet di antipasti finisce alla svelta e potrebbe non essere ripristinato. Bar carino con piccola lounge interna a cielo aperto. Parcheggio a pagamento giornaliero a 5euro. Ottima colazione buffet. Stanze molto pulite con vista montagna. Ottima location. Biglietti bus gratuiti forniti al check-in. Lati negativi? Forse area giochi bimbi poco attrezzata, no attività per i più piccoli.

Struttura bella, peccato la piscina utilizzabile solo su prenotazione, ed ovviamente siamo riusciti ad utilizzarla solo 1 ora su tutto il soggiorno. Ottimo cibo, peccato il servizio lento e spesso non attento, forse si dovrebbe riorganizzare la gestione, abbiamo scoperto solo il 3° giorno dell'esistenza di un menù per i bambini! Nel complesso buono il rapporto qualità prezzo, al check out ci hanno lasciato un pensiero e un buono sconto.

Pool und spa je nur eine Stunde nutzbar. Muss vorher reserviert werden.

The room was very clean and cosy. The breakfast was very delicious and overnight parking inexpensive. Definitely a revisit for when we go back.

Modern, clean rooms with great amenities, bar and breakfast included. Walkable to many restaurants and shops. We will be back.

The property was simply amazing.. the room was large and clean, the facilities were well kept, several amenities available, the parking in the garage was $5 euro per day, the ski lift was a 5 minute walk with many restaurants nearby, hiking trails just across the street, outdoor play area within a 5 minute walk. I would highly recommend and our family would visit again

Hotel is in a great location in the centre of the town. The room was super for a family and the balcony was great and had a beautiful view. Half board was great for family although the breakfast could be improved. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.
