Hotellet er helt greit for en enkel overnatting.

Personnel très agréable et serviable. Même la femme de chambre affichait un sourire.

Quick and easy check in process, staff very friendly. Room was modern and spacious that also had a mini fridge. 2 complimentary waters (still and sparkling) a nice touch. Quite a few restaurants close by. Good sleep. Breakfast was everything you needed but no hot items. Espresso Coffee was delicious. Check out also quick and easy. Would highly recommend. 15 minutes easy walk to train station.

Hotel was ok. Our room was in the basement: we would have appreciated knowing this before booking. First time sleeping in a basement hotel room. Wouldn’t return but ok for one night before our cruise. Walking distance from the train station with our small carryons (but wouldn’t walk with heavy luggage’s as sidewalks are bumpy).

Greit hotell i rolige omgivelser, men både seng og puter var fryktelig harde og jeg sov derfor dårlig. Bra frokost og hyggelig betjening trekker opp, men for meg er det viktigste at jeg sover godt.

Gut zu Fuss vom Bahnhof erreichbar. Moderne Einrichtung, vor allem Bad und Dusche. Bequemes Bett. Sich selbständig einschaltender Ventilator. Ausserhalb des historischen Zentrums, aber nicht weit entfrent. Es lagen verschiedene Prospekte, aber kein Stadtplan auf. Gutes Frühstück mit reicher Auswahl an Früchten. Originelle Trattoria (Fred) auf der anderen Strassenseite.

Right from the beginning, staff by the name of Mayte was very warm and welcoming.whenever we asked for something extra she did it with a smiling face.. Its an idle stay if you are in transit like taking a cruise. The hotel had an excellent breakfast. However one should be aware that they don't have a restaurant. So for lunch and dinner you can go out within 15 minutes walking distance. I highly recommend this place to stay.

Great option for who’s coming by car to Ravenna as there is a free parking. But our room was in the basement, not getting full linger. It is also out of the historic center. Breakfast is great and staff super friendly!

Walking distance to station and town. Lovely breakfast. Very clean. Spacious room but didn’t like being in basement with no window/view.

Room is clean, lots of towels, well-renovated room and bathroom, upgraded lighting fixtures and good water pressure. No coffee/tea maker, had to borrow mugs with the staff who demanded that they be returned asap back to the kitchen.

Nice small hotel not too far from the cruise port. Tiny bathroom but comfortable bed and met our needs. Staff was most friendly.. A very busy street was outside.

The staff has been friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and rooms are clean and bright. The only negative is the vary tiny bathroom. It was worth the price.
